Paradisus Cancun

One of the waiters at the restaurant Cielo ,named Melvin, was very sweet, helpful ,super friendly and accomodating ensuring that our food was correct and exactly what we ordered. Overall ambiance was lovely ,clean a relaxing enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this place.

We came to this resort for our honeymoon and wanted to come back for our 10 year anniversary. We booked what appeared to be a beautiful premium ocean view suite in the adults only Reserve. Upon checking in we got to our room - went down under sea level and the room had no view, the top of the balcony wall was actually ground level. We requested a new room and were refused even though we were told that the hotel was not full. So extremely disappointing. Otherwise everything was amazing but the was so incredibly disappointing and our hopes of returning for each anniversary will likely be a different resort now.

Jesus at the Lemon Fish was amazing! This is a really great experience. The food is great, the ambience is very interesting, and the beach is amazing. I am having a great time here at the Paradisus Cancun, and want to make the most our of every single day.

For our last night in Cancun at Paradisus we chose to revisit Capella Italian restaurant where we ate on our first night. The food was fantastic but the evening was made even better because of the outstanding service we received from our server Jesus, he advised us about the menu and assured us that nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% return to Paradisus for another trip. The staff are fabulous.

Atilano provided the BEST SERVICE and drinks! Enrique the chef prepared us the most delicious tacos ! Must go. We had a great time and enjoyed our food. We came for our first trip after having a baby and they made the experience absolutely outstanding. We felt welcomed, and we will be back!
