Hilton La Romana All-Inclusive Adult Resort & Spa Punta Cana

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The staff is great — everyone is very friendly and provided good service. We stayed enclave and thoroughly enjoyed the perks that came with this, including the sit-down breakfast and lunch, the lounges, and the enclave pool with the swim-up bar. But most of all, we appreciated our amazing butler, Yoel, who brought our group drink coolers everyday, gave us a lovely welcome gift, coordinated special seats for us at the Super Bowl party, brought us fun cocktails by the beach, coordinated two different birthday room decorations and cakes, and reserved all the activities and dining for our group of ten — he really went above and beyond! We also appreciated Olga the bartender, Claudia our housekeeper, and Yuliana from the fun team for helping give us a great experience! The food was good at the buffets, and every restaurant had some standout dishes. The resort itself is lovely, with gorgeous sunsets and a beach with the softest sand I’ve ever encountered! The nighttime shows on the stage are fun, and we also enjoyed getting a drink and listening to the evening music in the lobby. Overall, a lovely place with a relaxing vibe, good amenities, service, food, and activities! Looking forward to coming back!

One of the best all inclusives we have been too. Service was outstanding with a few highlights. First all, our butler was phenomenal. Not obtrusive but anticipatory. Danilo Moreta was kind and caring and took great care of us. We appreciated the fruit and the cooler amonst many things. Darlin Polanco into enclave bar was spot on with his drinks and remembered what we ordered. Dioraka Mejia ,beach waitress, best smile ever, was so sweet and personable. Service at restaurants at dinner time varied. Steakhouse was very slow and unorganized. Sakura hibachi dinner and show: good service, but felt rushed. Show was just all right. The best service at restaurants by far was the French restaurant la Moustache. Our waitress, Anyeli Meran was phenomenal. Always smiling, quick service to refill our drinks and had a great understanding of the English language. One negative was that at the pool bar, I took two Mugs to get filled with ice. The Mugs were put directly in the ice and filled with ice. These were personal mugs..GERMS. They should have been filled with the scoop. Property very clean and well maintained. It was nice that they had both stage entertainment and also entertainment in the adult lobby.

This resort was exceptional. The beach is spectacular! And the pools are great! The restaurants are superb. So many to choose from. You won't be disappointed. When you go I hope you get Santa as your waitress! Her infectious smile will make your night! Make time for this experience!

A Luxurious and Unforgettable Resort Stay From the moment I arrived, my stay at was nothing short of spectacular. The resort exudes elegance and tranquility, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Butler service was great and Byron Mercedes was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The resort was super nice. The rooms were very comfortable and the house keeping always kept it in tip top shape; there was only one outlet for chargers but that wasn’t the end of the world. The amount of restaurants and diversity of food options served was incredible, and the food tastes very good as well. The location is also very beautiful; on the adult side there is a little section of the beach that has rocks where crabs live so it was very cool to be able to experience that during our stay. We also had our butler Byron, and he was phenomenal; he was always asking and checking in on us every day, and was always happy and was a great person to be around. He also brought us a special parting gift on our second last day. I would recommend this resort as well as requesting Byron to be your butler during your visit!
