Small boutique style was great. I love adult only. The pool service and rooms were great. Spa service was excellent Veronica was amazing. Juan, Ulises and Ramon were very friendly and always showed a sense of urgency. 2nd time visiting. I will consider coming back again for a weekend get away

Anniversary
I don't even know where to start! The staff alone are great, Bar staff: Ulises, Juan, Ramon. They were outstanding, always made sure we had a drink in our hand! The food was great! The waiters at the restaurant you have Fatima, Rashid and others were wonderful. Making sure the stay was great. This is our second time staying we came back because of the wonderful staff, calmness, relaxing environment. We are planning on coming back!

Casa Velas
The staff and resort are worthy of a 10 star review. Juan, Ulises and Ramon at the pool side bar were very professional and provided excellent service. Ricardo and the other staff working at reception were very welcoming and Ricardo, in particular, went above and beyond. Staff in Emiliano's and at the Tau Beach club (Avalos, Fatima, Gerardo, Rosie, Benny) were very attentive and accommodating to our food requests. Fredie provided excellent service in the lounge. Raina did a great job with keeping our room clean. I forgot some of the other names, apologies. Everyone working at the resort clearly takes pride in their work and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all for making our vacation so special.

Spoiled by great Service, Food and Drinks
Well we can't say enough about Casa Velas. The exceptional team of Ulises, Juan, and Ramon looked after us very well poolside. The mixed drinks were all spot on along with he poolside meals and the service second to none. The restaurant crew of Avalos, Jesus, Fatima, Rashid and Daniel were so very pleasant and their food suggestions were all very good. Let's not forget Freddie who makes a mean Vodka Martini with a lemon twist along with whatever else you ask him to make. The Spa is a must and oh so very relaxing. The people at the front desk Sarahi and Denis were also great and so very helpful. I almost forgot the Toa beach club which was also wonderful. If it was Casa Velas job to make us feel spoiled they succeeded. We will be back for sure!!

Pleasantly Thrilled
We frequent all parts of Mexico... this was our third time back this year. Definitely the BEST food we have ever had in Mexico! It is quieter than most resorts we have visited. The staff was amazing...we especially were lucky to have Juan at the pool bar. We will definitely be back!

The room was exquisite, service impeccable, and the food fantastic. All employees of the hotel were very accommodating and friendly. We definitely didn't want to leave!

We just returned form a week of pampering at Casa Velas. The room was fabulous, the food was excellent, and the service staff incredible. The beach club was very private and well maintained. If you are looking for an adults-only place to unwind and be taken care of, this is it. We'll be back.

We stayed at this resort in January and Casa Velas is truly luxurious. We had a suite overlooking the golf course with a private Jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants are gourmet and the beach is close. We highly recommend Casa Velas Boutique Hotel as a quiet getaway just minutes from the the airport and downtown.
