A WEEK of no hot water …they don’t check your mini fridge Do not clean the rooms properly no drinks before 11am

it was a week of arguing every day why I don’t have hot water. It was one thing after another can’t get a drink before 11 AM. They don’t refill your fridge properly. they don’t clean the rooms properly I will never I never step foot in this building again. I can’t wait to leave.

This was our first stay at the Wyndham Alltra. Staff very polite and courteous , always welcoming with a simle. resturant managers Carlos and Joel and his staff were so kind and helpful to our Dietary needs. everythig was great, enough pool side chair available all the the time. evening time activities were fun too. Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd stay at the Alltra. We brought friends along this time. We all enjoyed the resort, food, accommodations, activities and most of the staff. Belen, an Activities leader was excellent! She is friendly, positive, helpful, fun & encouraging. Carlos Diaz, a restaurant manager was so kind, attentive and made sure we had lovely meals at the Mediterranean and Italian restaurants. He accommodated our mobility issues by arranging for dinner service poolside since we could not navigate the stairs. VERY much appreciated!

One of our best all inclusive trip ever! The Pacific Ocean offers the most amazing sunsets and we had the VIP Club upgrade with ocean view room with a jacuzzi on our balcony. Breakfast and appetizers on the balcony. Pool, beach, safety, service, A La Carte restaurant and cleanliness everywhere was amazing. Employees are very professional and smiley. Very good vibe all week long. The iguanas seems very happy since many of them lives on the resort in trees and become everyday’s bodies :) if you like Ceviches, they make the best… but everything was great! Long chairs were always available on beach or pool. Visited Bucerias and went surfing in Sayulita, a typical small town surf village where the vibe is smooth! Also, November is the last month for the Sea Turtle birth season and we saw many new born the we protected on their first journey to get to the ocean, a unique lifetime experience! Muchas gracias para todos Mexico :)
