El Dorado Seaside Suites

The place, service, cleanliness and staff have been just amazing! We spent 10 days and, despite having their Junior suite, we were super happy! The resort was only half full and that meant we had the chance to have front seats on the beach, a choice of restaurants (Italian and Japanese need booking while everything else does not). Favourite meal has been lunch time BBQ chicken or “real” sausages on the beach! Favourite drinks: flower pot at the Mexican Bar, Pina colada and Mango Duccary

Fantastic time celebrating my 50th birthday here. Can’t fault anything with the hotel at all. Very clean, very friendly staff and fabulous food in the restaurants which is like eating a la carte every night. The staff are very attentive wherever you are and very polite and happy to engage with you. The entertainment team are fabulous and a special shout out to Luis, Luanna and Benjamin. Luis has such amazing energy and enthusiasm for his role and engagement with everyone and really made the holiday with his happiness. Not to mention his ceviche making competition which I happened to win! One thing to definitely do is Coco Bongo, go gold and you won’t be disappointed. And the Mayan Ruin trip is also worth a visit. Would definitely come back, even if it’s just to see Luis’ positivity for everything he’s involved in! Also the silent disco was a first, and definitely will do this again. Such good fun for everyone.

We picked this location to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The location has its own immediate beach access and numerous swimming pools with swim up bars as a bonus. Food in the culinary or buffet restaurants is excellent and the inclusive deal includes branded drinks rather than local alternatives. The weather has been great, room cleaned and restocked properly and is very spacious. On top of all of this the whole staff right across the board from gardeners, bar staff, cleaners and reps were all really friendly and approachable and couldn’t do enough to make things right. Special mentions go to Luis who was our entertainments organiser. Luis was really motivated, clearly loves his job, was really friendly, chatty and made our holiday that bit more special as he updated us on all the activities from the silent disco, which is a must, through to ceviche challenges and aqua fit. He’s a natural entertainer so well done to him. The hotel has a large footprint and joining Luis are Benjamin and Luanna who also deserve a special mention. We had a great time and certainly would come back again.

My mom and I stayed here for the week and had such a fantastic time we will definitely be coming back in the future! All the staff were super lovely, friendly and so kind! We would like to give special shout outs to the entertainment team; specifically Mike for getting us better closer seats to the fire show when it was a VIP event. Next Alexandro and Jose for playing with us in the volleyball game, table tennis, ceviche, and water aerobics, and being so so patient with us and teaching us the rules and practicing with us before we started so we didn’t make a fool of ourselves LOL they were beyond amazing so fun and thoughtful! We would also like to giving a shout out to Luis for being such an incredible guide on the entertainment team. He would dance and sing with us, tell us about the fun things going on around the resort. He has such a great aura around him and happy spirit. Jose and Luis were also so kind to join us for dinner and open up to us more about themselves personally. At first we didn’t take part much in the activities going on but Luis, Jose, Alexandro, Benjamin, Luana, and Puga, all made it so fun and enjoyable for us. They brought fantastic vibes and energy to very activity that we took part it in. I can honestly they made such an impact to our visit and kept us wanting more! Every morning we would be sure to look for them to answer the question of the day and to see what the plan was for the day to coconut painting to volleyball. Such a huge thanks to you the making this an incredible experience <3
