Tryall Club

We stayed at Phoenix for a week which was unbelievable- the staff was better than staying at the best hotel in America. Ricardo made us the best food and Alton was the height of class and kindness. Then we stayed an extra night at One Love with Cornelia which was a treat.

Excellent resort with excellent services. The new restaurant on the beach is phenomenal. Staff throughout are consistently helpful and attentive to all requests. Stayed at One Love villa with Cornelia as my housekeeper. She. Was great and made a wonderful breakfast each morning. Highly recommend!

This is the first time we have stayed at a resort with full service. We stayed at Bye The Way near the Main House. Nisha was our amazing chef/server/laundress/maid. She greeted us when we arrived and took care of every need until we left. She was friendly and caring and professional. The food was amazing!!! We asked for traditional Jamaican fare and were treated to grilled snapper, curry goat, oxtail, and jerk chicken. The portions were enormous and we always had leftovers for lunch the next day. She made our bed every day, folded our laundry, hung up our clothes, treated us with appetizers and rum punch, and kept the house immaculate. We had an electric golf cart at our disposal to ferry ourselves around the resort. We enjoyed the beachside pool, grill, bar, and lounge chairs. We played tennis and pickle ball and toured some of the amazing homes on the property. The staff were all so nice and eager to please. The grounds were well kept, safe, and modern. We never had to lift a finger to enjoy our vacation. Everyone was always telling us to sit and relax while they served us. Our 5d trip of relaxation became that by day one. We have never been so pampered and lazy on a vacation.

Bye-the-way Villa. Got to love it. Five star welcome from Nisha. Highly recommend her support. The food, the service the friendly welcome it was overflowing. We had an excellent dinner of fish and curry goat on my first night with wonderful Jamaican rice and peas.

The villa was well located to the club house, an easy drive in the golf cart to the beach and holds arresting, healing views of sea and gardens with an extra bonus of surrounding hillside. While there is very little to complain about the comfortable beds and inviting verandah this visit would be nothing without Nisha Nugent Chef/housekeeper for the villa Bye the Way at Tryall! Her exceptional attention to detail started the minute we walked thru the door. She went completely out of her way to hunt down fruits I requested. I so appreciated every effort she made to help us feel at home. I will be back to Bye the Way just because of Nisha.
