I will talk about this hotel in particularly of the Princess Mundo Imperial especially the wonderfull people that work there like the manager Luze at the reception, Francisco: pool concierge, Paulina, Alexa, Ivais, Andrea, Yali, Angie, they really do the best to help people and to see if everything is perfect for everybody. If you have a problem just go and see them please. The hotel is in renovation but for the best, it's such a beautiful place. They had a big inundation and a big tornado in 2 years so their working hard to put everything together. The food is so good, you could go with the shuttle in the 2 other hotel , like the Palacio and the Pierre restaurants included. The pools are nice also. It's very hot in Acapulco so no need long pants. (ha,Ha) The nice long side and big waves of the sea is in front of the Princess and the Pierre so have a nice time.

If you enjoy being nickeled and dimed ,this is the spot. All inclusive? In room coffee, kiosk, ice cream parlour, menu/bar items ++ Not included. 1 rest. AZUL is breakfast buffet 7-12 then a la carte, limited menu 6-11. Beach club, lunch 12-6. All food is relatively good, but after 2-3 days ? A resort with No choices, buffet? Concierge bookings are limited & or closed for other resorts with discrimination. Bars, ridiculous. Days, pool bar 11-6, must swim for a drink? Waiters very scarce and no english. Other bar is Azul, restaurant service bar 6-11 servicing rest. patrons ? No lounge bar, no entertainment at all, Absolutely dead after dinner? One must sign a receipt for everything and wait for it? A bottle of water, a coffee Azul? In Mexico this is a pay as you go. Not all inclusive type. Our 14 days. We booked Palacio. Forced to stay at Princess for 9 days. ( Palacio being more convenient for us with my wifes disabilities). Lied, too. stating overbooked? Later finding out they had a convention? Hence, closing all options & discriminating against all pre paid customers visiting. No stay at 1 and play at 3. All their concern was prepping and staging the Nestle convention. Sunwing and their reps, left us hanging with no service &/or options. In opinion this resort was not fit to re open( hurricane 1 yr. ago). For us, bad timing , but poor acknowledgement/advertising by Sunwing Vacations. Rooms were very nice and kept clean. All restaurants and buffet were good. Bar drinks/service, hit & miss. Concierge service/staff focused on convention shut down making it very discriminating and arguementive. Staff in general, hit & miss. Much staff just hanging arround doing zilch. Serve, but not pick up. We did meet lots of good, sincere staff which we appreciated. In opinion the many issues outweighed the overall experience. This resort has many issues to deal with to become a 4 star. We will never be back. We still await a response from Sunwing regarding our unwanted placement, mis represented advertising and our many complaints left un replied, too. We have travelled many, many vacations and normally easy to please. All of this was uncalled for and basically turned our peaceful, relaxing vacation into a nightmare. The Mundu;s should be ashamed.

This was my 10th time visiting the Princess and first time since Hurricane Otis. I was very pleased with how good the hotel looked. Many renovations have been done and others are still going on, but it was Not loud and I was Not disturbed. The PYRAMID TOWER is still not yet open, but will be soon and it will be stunning. We stayed in the Perla Tower and it was very nice, a large deluxe, Oceanview Room. The service of all the staff and housekeeping was excellent. The place was very clean, top to bottom. All the pools are open. The Princess has one of the largest, most up to date modern Gyms in Acapulco. Tavola my favorite Restaurant will not open for another few months, however the Tavola menu and staff now work out of Azul Restaurant at the Perla Tower with beautiful views and the food and service was 5*****. Thank you waiters Arturo, Daniel and Joel. Chula Vista still makes the best Breakfast in Acapulco thank you waiter Antonio. The Beach Club Restaurant is still amazing, with great Seafood and appetizers. The waitresses Isabel and Nadia are Magnifico. The Bartender, Daniel in the Laguna Bar in the main Pyramid Lobby, provided great service. The concierge and front desk reception were very polite and professional as well. We are so happy, that the Princess is back. My only complaint is the great Band "BAMBE" Needs to.play every night in The Princess, in the Main Laguna Lobby Bar. They are the best Band in Acapulco. Mundo Imperial, please have them play more, everyone loves BAMBE ! Yes the Mundo Princess might be a few more Dollars $$$, but it is worth it, as you get so much more. Muchas gracias y estamos ansiosos por volver el año que viene con mucha más gente.

Lots of irritating things. 1) the staff did not understand basic English. I don’t expect them to be fluent, but they did not understand simple words like wifi, restaurant, toilet. Almost all the amenities offered upon booking were closed. No lobby bar, only 1 restaurant. That means if you want a drink, you need to get in the pool. Service: super long wait for everything, because they force you to wait for an invoice after EVERY order. You have to wait for them to write everything down, go to the computer, punch it in, come back. At the restaurant that means 1 hour. At the bar that’s 15 minutes, for each drink.
