Fantastic Fishing Experience!
The staff are amazing, guides put you right on the fish, fantastic food, beautiful grounds, clean rooms. Fished for 2 days, took a golf cart into the town in the 3rd. Can’t say enough about this place! Made many friends and memories. We wish that we could stay longer. Can’t wait to come back!

Pleasure in Paradise
Heard a lot of great things about the Lodge, the staff, the food & the fishing. everything we heard was 100% accurate. It was outstanding. I would go once a month if I could. Spotlessly clean, great service team, the fishing teams were A+++ . Only negative was 1 afternoon without breeze and mosquitoes showed up. Nothing to be done about that. I'll be back as soon as I can find time

Excellent fishery
Great fishing and excellent staff. The fishing was top notch from the first day. I had never caught a tarpon or a permit before, and ended up getting them both as well as a bonefish on our very first day to secure a grand slam. This was a lifetime goal of mine that El Pescador made happen!

This place is great. This was our third visit and we are planning to return as soon as we can. The physical accommodations are very good. And they are currently making several remodeling improvements. The food is outstanding. Every night all the plates at our table were completely finished. There are two pools and both are clean and inviting. The main pool has a view of the water and a nearby bar for snacks and drinks. The fishing is world class. But the best part of El Pescador is the people. Every one of the staff is warm and friendly and always has a smile. They make sure everything is going well and will help in any way possible. It really is like visiting with beloved family.

El Pescador has carved out a real niche for itself. Its combination of comfortable and gracious living in a totally relaxed, outdoor setting is unique and has a charm all its own. When asked by Steve for our suggestions about how to make it better, we were hard pressed to come up with anything substantive.
I don't know whether you embrace all of your guests as you did our little family, but we felt as though we were being welcomed into a wonderfully warm, interesting, and entertaining family that we were only too happy to be adopted by.
