Unmatched Hospitality!
Hospitality is unmatched! Spent 4 fantastic days at El Pescador and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The staff takes great pride in calling you by name and making you feel like you are their only guest. The food was incredible and the bar/pool area was an amazing place to kill time with friends. They also hosted the first annual Nashville Singer Songwriter event, which exceeded all expectations! Three of Nashville’s great songwriters performed some of their biggest hits and shared the stories behind the songs from artists like Riley Green, Gary Allan, Brad Paisley, and Luke Combs. All of this in a tropical paradise setting that was magical. Not to be forgotten was the fishing. From mangroves to coastal islands and miles of flats made for some epic moments. The fishing guides are knowledgeable and dedicated to putting you on some fish. Nestor is a gem and highly recommended. Already looking forward to my next trip, thank you to the El Pescador family for an unforgettable stay!

Best anniversary ever
Elpescador was way better than We expected. The lodging food and service was top notch. Everyone ther was so friendly helpful and accommodating. My wife and I went there for our anniversary and had an amazing time. We usually go to Cabo or cancun for our anniversary and this place was way more personal and more enjoyable. We plan to go back next year

Fantastic Fishing Experience!
The staff are amazing, guides put you right on the fish, fantastic food, beautiful grounds, clean rooms. Fished for 2 days, took a golf cart into the town in the 3rd. Can’t say enough about this place! Made many friends and memories. We wish that we could stay longer. Can’t wait to come back!

Pleasure in Paradise
Heard a lot of great things about the Lodge, the staff, the food & the fishing. everything we heard was 100% accurate. It was outstanding. I would go once a month if I could. Spotlessly clean, great service team, the fishing teams were A+++ . Only negative was 1 afternoon without breeze and mosquitoes showed up. Nothing to be done about that. I'll be back as soon as I can find time

Excellent fishery
Great fishing and excellent staff. The fishing was top notch from the first day. I had never caught a tarpon or a permit before, and ended up getting them both as well as a bonefish on our very first day to secure a grand slam. This was a lifetime goal of mine that El Pescador made happen!

El Pescador has carved out a real niche for itself. Its combination of comfortable and gracious living in a totally relaxed, outdoor setting is unique and has a charm all its own. When asked by Steve for our suggestions about how to make it better, we were hard pressed to come up with anything substantive.
I don't know whether you embrace all of your guests as you did our little family, but we felt as though we were being welcomed into a wonderfully warm, interesting, and entertaining family that we were only too happy to be adopted by.
