Exceptional, the holiday decor beautiful, room with a mountain view worth it, breakfast buffet delicious and service in every area gracious! Hot tub with a mountain view in November! The best place to return to after all the exploring, recommend!

We have stayed at the Inn On Biltmore many times. We love it. The staff is always gracious and go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Our usual room of choice is one that has a patio overlooking the spectacular mountains and Antler Hill Village. This visit, however, that section of the hotel was under renovation. We booked a suite on the Chateau Tier floor. The room had been completely renovated and was absolutely beautiful. One of the amenities offered is access to the Chateau Tier Lounge. The Lounge is opened 24 hours and during the late afternoon offers wine and cheese and continental breakfast in the morning. A special thank you to Mae who was the concierge in the Lounge during our stay. Mae was charming and assisted us in every way possible. We would also like to mention Rudy who was our server in the Library Lounge. Both Mae and Rudy were very attentive, and they are a great asset to the Biltmore staff.

The Chateau Tier of suites at the Biltmore is always wonderful. On this trip we inquired about other tiers of suites and learned the Cecil Suite was available. The concierge offered us a nice price to upgrade and it was exquisite! Large bedroom, full bathroom plus a separate powder room off the living room. The suite included a full size living room, a sitting room over looking the winery, and a full dining room. The most amazing suite. The service was amazing as always. The Chateau Concierge service made access to the Estate and Chihuly exhibit simple. An absolutely wonderful experience including a nice walk down the path to the winery.

Magical, awe-inspiring, takes your breath away. Comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable. My husband and my first time visiting. We celebrated our Anniversary there. The staff are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, they made our visit extra special. We will go back during Summer to be able to see the grounds, garden. We visited the Biltmore House and Chihuly.

We stayed at the Inn at the Biltmore for one night to celebrate a family member’s birthday and go to the candlelight Christmas at the house. The shuttle service was very convenient and meant much less walking in the cold. We had nice rooms in the renovated section of the hotel and the bathrooms were especially nice, in my opinion. Everyone at the estate was very grateful for our business after the recent flooding and hurricanes. The hotel is decorated beautifully for Christmas and the breakfast buffet was nice too. The main issue is the price, which is just so high for what it is…but that’s just the Biltmore at Christa's. Once you make peace with that, I think it’s worth it for a night or two for the convenience and comfort. We did self park which was truly no big deal and found everyone we interacted with super friendly and welcoming.
