The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

Phenomenal experience from the staff all the way from the beginning to the end. Mr. Jean B and Mr. Prince at the outside restaurant with nothing short of a miracle when it came to hospitality and Customer Service. Even the receptionist Ms. Laura and her colleague greeted us and treated us like humans and cared for our needs. There were full of information and knowledge. They even thanked us for our service as combat veterans.

Everything was really marvelous, of course except the time they did not collect my husband on Saturday 8th, to take him down in the elevator for pray services ☹ Headed by the fantastically helpful and lovely Gabriella Balignasa, everything worked out really well. She made sure Veral completely looked after us at the pool, and the butler service was really helpful, especially Jordan. Thank you again to everyone of your amazing staff. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back again very soon.

Very nice resort! The pool and beach staff were amazing. Clive at the beach was so helpful and nice to my two young boys. Will definitely be back! The drinks and food are great. Enjoyed the shops across the street and the ambiance. Champagne was impeccable

Amazing experience . Mathew was amazing at Bar and Colamico a 10. I have Been to many fine Italian restaurants and this was one of the best . Food and service outstanding .meatballs a must and chicken dish amazing. Take your time and enjoy aspect of the experience

It's our go-to winter getaway, and it's no surprise why. We can't say enough good things about the service, hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff at the St. Regis Bal Harbour. We should also give a shout-out to Mr. Fabien Gnemmi, the hotel manager, who's on top of every little detail, and Ms. Nandie Wilmot, the market director of reservation sales. She made sure our stay was enjoyable from start to finish, and the team took care of everything we needed. They've set a new bar for luxury customer service. We'll definitely stay again and recommend it to all our associates and friends.Thanks!
