Beautiful hotel but not very welcoming
The room was really nice . The overall experience wasn’t great . We felt that everything was very overpriced and the staff were constantly asking our room number even when I was sitting on a chair around the pool . I was made to feel like an imposter and after a few days I found it very intrusive and uncomfortable . It’s such a shame as it is a beautiful hotel but the staff let it down . We definitely will not be rebooking this hotel in the future

Great experience in Ayana
I really love staying in Ayana, good atmosphere, food, swimming and free program. I've experienced root ball farming course, which is absolutely recommendable. Our guide crew, Bagus, very friendly and kind let us know exotic plants one by one and have experience of planting. If you have kids, just try it!

Kids Club - Dance Class
Balinese Dance at Rimba kids club was very great experience. The teacher was Aya and was helpful with everything. She was so kind and my little girl seemed to be very happy with the moment. Highly recommended! :)

Great experience at ayana.
Incredible place! Attentive staff, delicious views and unmatched views in Bali. Totally recommend. Had a lovely introduction to our room from Wira. You won’t run out of things to say and do in ayana resort and I would recommend it for families and couples alike.

We let the kids joined Green Camp in Ayana with miss Rahayu, mr Agung, and mr Adi for 2 days. They had a fantastic time despite the rain, learning about nature and survival strategies. Fully recommended for the kids if you have the time. Drop off in the morning and pick up early afternoon
