The Sakala Resort Bali

Sakala is a pretty nice place to stay. Its facilities are great and the staff is simply superb. Ms Vina from guest service is an outstanding hostess who helped us on everything we need, always with kindness and a pretty smile on her face. The pool, in fact they have 02, is really relaxing so is the pool team. Good experience, nice place, good facilities, great staff

Vina the host leader,she was the best. We enjoyed our stay in the Sakala Resort for 8 nights. The breakfast was the BEST, too many food types and the chef… she makes amazing omelets she is koming, we could not have been anywhere else than Sakala. Our stay was amazing, the rooms are always clean, we get fresh water everyday and wow the bed was LARGE.. 2 elephants can basically sleep on their comfortable beds. I loved every second here and if I have to come back to Bali, I will definitely come back to Sakala❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩

Sakala is a wonderful place to bring your family. Our kids are almost adult and this was the perfect place to enjoy Sakala’s wonderful hotel and hospitality. We had a 2 bedroom suite with pool view, it was spacious, beautiful decor and very clean. I travel frequently, this hotel was 5 stars for premises, hospitality and a genuine care for guests needs. The staff are caring and extremely accommodating for any needs. We all loved Sakala. Thank you.

Where do I begin the sakala has been one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed in the rooms are spacious and very clean and the food especially breakfast is first class. But the main thing that Makes sakala so special is the staff. From the cleaners up to management all staff was polite and would do anything for you and you are always greeted with a smile I would like to give a special mention to Demmy and yani both a credit to the hotel profession nothing was too much for them. And now on to the legend and my new best friend Novan...what a gentleman that man is he would do anything for us and I hope that the bosses of sakala really appreciate the good work Novan does, a big thank you Novan from big boss Darryl and Paula. So if you are thinking of visiting Bali pleas book the sakala you will not be disappointed

I traveled with my mum and 7-year-old daughter to celebrate her 70th birthday. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite Pool View and, after a few requests to their reception team, we were able to secure a room with 2 twin beds - which we deeply appreciated. The food and cocktails at their pool's bar and restaurants were SO delicious - their breakfast buffet was exquisite! We could select from different Asian cuisines which my daughter and I loved. Mum enjoyed their traditional selection of French pastries. We had dinner at their restaurant at night and I'd recommend that too - super yummy and authentic. On my mum's birthday, they gave us the option to select a fruity cake for her (which is her preference). Their restaurant's team and manager joined us to sing happy birthday to her - it was beautiful and unforgettable! I found their customer service excellent, especially in the pool area/bars and restaurant, they were always willing to help and make our stay more memorable. Their reception team was good too, but at times they seemed busy. I think they could do with more help and training for their reception team, but I wouldn't rank Sakala any lower than 5 stars as that is just a small note for a possible improvement. Their pool is huge and wasn't crowded, we loved it. Recommend a room with a pool view. Their beach bar is fun and beautiful. The kids' area is well-supervised and offers different activities. The resort is right in front of many options for watersports, we had a lot of fun with that too. We loved our stay and I'd always recommend The Sakala Resort to other families!
