Rimba Jimbaran Bali by Ayana

People are very kind. Especially staff PITA is kind. And service is very good. Facility is convenient and nice. There are a lot of things to do in Ayana. Good view Good food. Every thing is perfect. Good memory in Ayana. I want to come Ayana again.

Stunning, clean property with a fantastic array of pools, gardens & ponds. Beautifully decorated and lit at night. Added bonus is the use of all 3 resorts in one (Ayana and Segara). The choice in restaurants in one property is outstanding. Lovely, friendly staff. Rock Bar for a cool place to visit & beautiful trees all lit up on roads between resorts. You’d need a week here to see it all.

I like to stay in this hotel. I like the together restaurant .padi restaurant. Parang restaurant. I also like the pool at dava it so good and quiet . I really recommend this hotel. Spacial thank to Dewayu,felony,Nita,very and all staff at the hotel we will come back

We absolutely loved our time at RIMBA. From the welcome we received upon arrival, to the special touches in the room each day we cannot fault the service. We had a lagoon access room which was perfect for early swims or slipping in late once the children were asleep. We dined across most restaurants and enjoyed them all. The rooms and resort are both incredibly clean and always attended to. Our children did enjoy the availability of the Kids Clubs, the staff were very attentive however I do feel they are tried and would benefit from an upgrade.

Me and my mom enjoyed every moment during the stay, although our activities were disturbed by the weather. The food was great and every staff we met were so attentive. We specially love the dinner we had at the last day in Unique. Our server Futri was super friendly, other than being really attentive and helpful, she really took time to get the customer 100% satisfactory and made you feel like you have made the most of your visit. She was so sweet that she made me and my mom both of us a paper flower out of just a paper napkin right in front of us. I asked where did she learn from, she told she was self-taught. I could guess so, because I felt she is such a sweet and smart lady after we talked quite a while. She and her colleague also draw us a thank you card. What a surprise! I wish all the best for her and her colleagues, we definitely will visit Ayana again. And Ayana is such nice place to stay because of all the staff work there.
