Beautiful hotel with experienced staff. Special call out to Mr Deva who helped me with my boxes for my conference. He made two rounds and thought of different solutions. Cheerful and smart. Also Ms Muskan from housekeeping who pays attention to guest’s details and likings. I’d like to thank you for the lovely lilies she sent me.

In the bustling city of Bengaluru, The Leela Palace with its lush gardens is a haven of serene tranquility. The hotel itself is an architectural beauty, shiny and spotless. What makes it real great though are its employees: Every single one was highly professional, detail oriented, incredibly friendly, generous and very proactive in their endeavor to make our stay absolutely perfect. My son is coeliac and the staff’s attentiveness to his specific dietary requirements demonstrates the hotel’s commitment to personalized service.

The Leela Palace is our usual choice given their team's attention to the detail and dedication towards making their guests feel comfortable. We stayed in the suite and despite it being the NYE and busiest time of the year, they did a fantastic job of hosting us. A special mention to Chetan, Akash and Priyanshu. Definitely will be there soon.

The welcome at the Leela Palace Bengaluru is worthy of a five-star luxury hotel. The professionalism and kindness of all the staff make your stay a pleasant and unforgettable experience. The beauty of the Palace, its gardens, the swimming pool and the rooms with all comforts make it among the best hotels in the world. The experiences in the restaurants and lounge bar are of a high standard. Breakfast is an unforgettable experience. Raman Sharma was impeccable in meeting the needs of my family and client group. Vartika Ananda was excellent in taking care of us.

By far the best Hotel in the heart of the city. Monumental architecture and even better service with an eye to detail. Have stayed here many times for business however, this time my family accompanied me. It was my wife’s birthday and Leela made it extremely special with a cozy celebration organised in our room. My son was well attended by Nathaniel - butler at the club rooms. So much so, that my son left a thank you note for Nathaniel with a special mention about Nathaniel’s customer centric approach. Appreciate the courtesy and ever smiling staff and beautiful room.
