The best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be returning to Kempinski properties in the future. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attentiveness and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel’s atmosphere was serene and relaxing, and we absolutely loved our rooms. A delightful touch was the fresh fruit we received daily after room service such a thoughtful detail. Housekeeping was exceptional. After using a few coffee capsules, they not only replenished them but also left extra ones with a kind note during the next cleaning. It’s those small gestures that made our stay feel special. The pool was fantastic though we would have loved it to be a little warmer and breakfast was nothing short of amazing. Every part of our trip was unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for making our holiday even more memorable!

Great place for a luxury getaway from reality. This is our second visit to Siam Kempinski Hotel. Our first stay was amazing, and this time was even better. They treat us so well here—every staff member was kind and polite, except for the male concierge staff in penguin suits… Not sure what their problem was. Anyway, I got an upgrade from Deluxe to Premier, so I had the chance to experience a different room. Personally, I prefer the Deluxe room because it’s more spacious and has a sink. The pool is also one of the highlights of this hotel. They call it a “luxury urban oasis,” and it truly is. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect choice. They made it the best birthday getaway ever! For breakfast, I prefer Niche. It’s larger than The Addition, but both are great. May from Niche took such good care of me—thank you, May (Mai?)! ❣️ I also want to thank Pichet, who returned my phone after I left it in my room and realized it only after checking out. He found it and contacted me—so grateful! We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to visit again on our next holiday. I hope it comes soon! I recommend this place to literally everyone I meet—my colleague even made a reservation based on my recommendation! 😊😊 Siam Kempinski Hotel is my heaven, so to speak. Cringey? Maybe. Great central location. It is the perfect home base with golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping centers. Very comfortable and well furnished rooms. The staff are attentive and so friendly. We would love to stay here again next time in Bangkok.
