Hotel with attitude
Very enjoyable experience even if only for two nights. Rooms are generous and well fit out. Breakfast offering was substantial with views across Bangkok from the 25th floor impressive. The main bar was a splendid spot to relax and the bar staff remembered my name and knew my drink within the first round.

My wonderful trip to Thailand
I was traveling alone and they were very accommodating to my requests and made it a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and well equipped, so being in the hotel is comfortable and time well spent. He who was in charge, Nene, was also very kind and nice. I hope to stay there again.

Superb service from the Club Signature Team
This was my first visit and the variety of rooms and different floor themes is very extensive. A member of the Club Signature Team took the time to show me several suites. The staffs style, like the hotel itself, is very welcoming with a special elegance and charm. The hotel has unique blend of French modernity /and traditional Thai . Fantastic stay
I stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending a conference held there. I got the airport pick up service, with the attendant waiting outside the arrival gate. The car ride was smooth and upon arrival, they escorted me to level 9 where reception is. They sat me down and offered complementary drink while they processed my check in. Got an upgrade to a corner room which was very spacious with great views of the garden and city. The main buffet restaurant had local and international selection. At night I tried the Japanese omakase restaurant on the ground floor. Pricey but a great experience. The conference facility was top notch. All in I had a great stay.

Exceptional Hotel, exceptional staff
Fabulous hotel. The Signature Club was wonderful. The staff (JJ, Ariel, Luktow, Stephanie, Nay-Nay, Taylor Swift, Giraffe & all the others, past and present, make our stay So/special. Thank you all, we look forward to our next visit. Bobby & Peter
