Le Meridien Barcelona

We enjoyed this hotel, from the very warm greeting at reception, the automatic room upgrade, and to the excellent breakfast service. I used the treadmill in the gym every day. The attached restaurant provided excellent meal choices at the end of the day. Strategically located within walking distance of many stores and sites including several Gaudi houses. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a business conference. The whole experience was excellent. The room is comfortable, the staff very helpful and the food very good. It's right on the Ramblas near the top so a very good location too. I would certainly recommend it.

There can’t be a better location than the center of Las Ramblas and this is where the Le Meridien is located. Two nearby metro stations and can get you almost anywhere in Barcelona. The room is a good size and with a good layout. The room has all the necessary power outlets and HDMJ ports at all the right places. Room lighting is excellent with many options. The bathroom is spacious nd everything worked fine. Most outstanding are the hotel staff: they are friendly, service-oriented and eager to please. The buffet breakfast is a good, Western spread. However, it was exactly the same menu for the 5 days. A little more variety would have been welcome.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed at Le Meridian. Our plane arrived before noon and we were able to check in early. We stayed in a gorgeous, spacious suite thanks to our annual elite bonus. The room had a great view of La Rambla. The suite consisted of a separate king bedroom, living area with sofa, chairs, coffee maker, fridge and oversized bathroom with both a shower and soaking tub. The room was spotless, bed extremely comfortable. The room had every amenity you would expect including bathrobe and slippers. Housekeeping came daily and was very thorough. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety of food to choose from and the wait staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included if you are an elite member. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant CentOnze, and it was delicious and the service was excellent. The hotel’s location was very convenient with easy access to many restaurants, shops, metro and taxis. Even though the hotel’s location is on a busy corner, it was very quiet at night. All street noise goes quiet at night and windows are very soundproof. We truly enjoyed our stay at Le Meridian and highly recommend this lovely hotel. Thank you to the entire staff that made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.

This is a gorgeous hotel! This hotel sits in the middle of Las Ramblas. We visited during the Christmas season and especially enjoyed the lovely shops around the hotel. We enjoyed window shopping. The location is perfect! The restaurant is wonderful and offers lovely view of the shoppers wandering in the district. It was a delightful experience!
