Grand Hyatt Berlin

I didn't see a 5 star hotel rating services. I already sent particular details the the hotel's management, hopefully they will manage to consider. I personally will not spend such money for such service. the location is great, the GYM and SPA are good enough but the room service is way below a 5 star hotel expectations.

Great location, superlative service, indifferent food, and weirdly dysfunctinal (but comfortable) bedroom. Why dysfuction? No blackout curtains (onlu one shear), no luggae rack, very dim lighting. And the lobby:cold and unwelcoming. No buzz whatsoever (nor could there ever be one). But I would dtay there again, mostly for it proximity to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall.

Spent Christmas/New Year's at the Berlin Grand Hyatt while traveling with my nephew. The hotel is very modern and sleek. Centrally located at Postsdamer Platz, we were able to walk to key areas like Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, and hundred of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms are modern and well appointed. Large bathrooms with plenty of closet space. Housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast staff are all at the top of their game. The swimming pool and fitness center are top notch. I recommend this hotel to those spending time in Berlin for business or vacation.

I often visit Berlin, and the Grand Hyatt stands out as the best hotel in terms of quality and location in the Mitte district. Here, you can enjoy a comfortable room, a high-quality breakfast, and friendly service. If you plan to visit the Berlin Philharmonic, you will truly appreciate the convenience of this location.

My husband and I visited between Christmas and New Year before a trip to London. This hotel is well worth a visit. The spa was very impressive and breakfast was delicious. The staff and amenities are second to none and we were thoroughly impressed with our stay.
