Very nice staff and great atmosphere the workers and especially in the lobby Restautant is great and the food is from very good quality We ordered salad with extra chicken en some beef Tatar. The Rooms are also big and very comfortable as well is the wellness area

Clearly stated and listed. Atmosphere: 8.0/10.0. Wonderful, professional, multilingual, and welcoming. Staff: 9.0/10.0. They were very accommodating for nearly every request. Fitness center: 4.0/10.0. Limited hours. It's difficult to get to once you find it. Connected to the spa. Spa itself: 9.0/10.0. It is very luxurious and the price is average for the spas in the area. Food: 8.0/10.0. Some of the best food in Berlin! It is a little expensive but well-worth it. Lounge/bar: 9.0/10.0. It is very classy and an absolute positive among many! Lobby lounge: 8.5/10.0. You couldn't ask for a better place to wait for your room to be ready or spend the evening with a date. It is covered in so much gold and glass and marble that it may as well be welcoming you to Dubai. An excellent leading hotel of the world and a world-class luxury hotel at that.

Everything was nice
Everyone was very kind and polite. They even gave me a breakfast box as I had to leave early. It was easy to find and it is perfectly located and reachable by public transpoer. Everything was nice and clean and quite. Thank you very much. I would visit again.

Perfect Stay in a Great Location
The Hotel was perfect for us. Lovely room, spotlessly clean, very modern and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Shower was really good. The location is great for exploring. The 100 bus goes from outside the hotel and one of the main stations is just down the road. You can get a train straight from the airport too. There are plenty of shops in the area and eateries. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly, and the sweets at reception kept the husband and teen happy all week! The breakfast was 10/10. Lots of choice and really good food. A nice way to start your day. If I was going to find a negative, I would say that the placement of the smoking room is a bit off putting as you get the smell of stale cigarette on arrival as it's right by reception.

Fabulous hotel
A beautiful hotel with amazing staff, in a brilliant part of Berlin. The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable, with a nice pool and spa and a delicious breakfast to start the day with. Out of many 5* hotels I have stayed in, this hotel really struck me as just perfect, every thought has been put into the layout of the rooms, the lighting, sockets, wardrobes, just perfect! The staff really went beyond the call of duty with kindness and hospitality, and the location of the hotel is a bustling part of Berlin with a Christmas market just 1 minute walk, many restaurants, shops, underground stations and a main train station.
