Montage Palmetto Bluff

We felt completely trapped during our stay. The resort was clearly unable to handle the volume of guests. We weren’t able to secure a single reservation for any activities or restaurants. Every group booking was either entered incorrectly, poorly communicated, or executed without attention to detail. The property itself is fine — about what you’d expect from a basic Marriott — but if you’re going to operate under the Montage brand and charge Montage pricing, you need to deliver a Montage-level experience. Unfortunately, this fell far short.

The resort is an incredible property. Our family had a great time staying there for a week this fall. Everyone was so nice, things are well maintained, and there are lots of options for activities. The concierge was helpful in planning out the week and finding things to do on property and in the surrounding areas. We stayed at a rental home near the main hotel, and we were so impressed with the service we received at the house.

Relaxing and fun for a family of 4. Enjoyed fishing, pool, spa and accommodations. If possible, try dinner at Canoe, it was fantastic.

Never disappoints Even with the rain and dreary weather. I always feel like a well rested and reset Queen when I leave! We always look forward to getting back as soon as we drive away!

The Montage resort is amazing! The grounds are beautiful and the staff very welcoming and accommodating. The food and drinks are delicious with generous pours.
