Overall good experience
Overall great experience. Beautiful property. Lots to do. Nice accommodations. Recommendation for anyone going if they tell you that you were upgraded to a cottage turn it down. The room might be a little nicer, but the inconvenience of getting to the Inn wasn’t worth it. They have a terrible golf cart. Shuttle service, which they will tell you that they will come pick you up, but they never show up. We were very frustrated with this and annoyed when we had a dinner reservation and no one was there to pick us up even when we called 45 minutes in advance. Happened multiple times. Other than that golf course is beautiful. It’s a really neat place to visit and we would still recommend it.

A beautiful oasis
This place is absolutely gorgeous. My best friend got married here last weekend and it was incredible. From our arrival on the property, the service and hospitality was amazing as well as the views of the beautiful low country. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, gorgeous view of the lagoon from the porch. We felt very welcomed, taken care of, and overall blessed to stay in such a lovely place. HIGHLY recommend 🤍

Great stay but lacking value
Great stay overall but did not see the value in terms of price point. Experienced a couple of small issues like waiting half hour for luggage pickup after three calls and delayed room cleaning one day to 4pm after we returned to the room already. Nothing was done to acknowledge the issues or otherwise. Activities such as e-bike tour and boat ride were great. Great expansive property with lots to explore.

A perfect family vacation!
We rented a house through the Montage and had the benefits of the HOA amenities through renting that house (including the HOA pool). The house was very nicely decorated and fully stocked (except for cooking oil). Beds/pillows were luxe, so comfy. Searching for aligators in the river by our house was a fun activity all week. The Dolphin Cruise with Captain Gary was A++ (a must!) We also rented two golf carts and those worked perfectly with no issues. With the thunderstorms, there were lots of convenient umbrellas on property which was helpful. Hush (the Speakeasy on premises) is a gem! Buffalos was delicious and Buzz was a treat. We didn't get a chance to S'more at night - maybe next time! Pools were clean and nice tempuratures. All amenities were top notch!
