Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite in the cloisters with my family between christmas and new years. This was probably the biggest waste of money I can remember. The bed was very uncomfortable. The living room where we had a crib and rollaway setup for our daughters did not have its own individual HVAC unit but rather this was in a corridor between the bedroom and living room and the only way to cool the living room was by blasting this A/C on high, so we only had the option of very cold or very hot in the living room, unacceptable for the nightly rate....Breakfast was very disorganized, they only had 1 outlet and no buffet option anywhere. The wait time at sadelles was 1.5 hours the first attempt, while the food was great it was soured by the wait times. The next day we tried room service and it was terrible. Went back to sadelles the next day and had to wait 2 hours...with this wait time we ended up finishing after 12pm and the restaurant billed it as lunch and the hotel would not wipe this charge with our breakfast credit until I emailed them after the stay... All restaurants seemed very disorganized with long waits and the resort did not seem to have proper staffing for a high occupancy rate. The pool was extremely crowded and difficult to get chairs but surprisingly good service from the staff given the large crowds. My wife had a spa treatment and said this was a nice experience. Unfortunately the bad heavily outweighs the good here so better off staying elsewhere because you will not see the value for prices paid. The resort recognized the poor service by offering a half night refund of a 5 night stay but that was not enough in my opinion for the poor experience. Do not be fooled by their clever marketing!

We were fortunate to stay at the Boca Raton in their Bungalows. The property is incredibly clean. The staff was very alert and attentive and very professional. The rooms were plenty large enough for a family of four. Every amenity that you could think of. And lots of great restaurants to pick from. The hotel itself is a beautiful property, tons of history. You could spend an entire day just walking around. Hopefully we get back soon to spend some more time here. 3 days was just not enough! Bravo Boca team.

The Boca Raton was a really disappointing experience. We escaped Hurricane Milton and The Boca Raton was the only hotel with rooms. For close to $600 we were in a minuscule "cloisters" room. (the 100 year old original hotel facility). Mattress felt like it had not been replaced since before Covid. No USB or USB-C outlets. Listed at 380 sf. Not sure the faux balcony wasn't included. Parking: $58/day. Total abuse with pricing. Rate, as explained in hand-out upon arrival, included "daily breakfast for two - $60 per person" AND a $100 "Experience Credit" which we were told could be used in restaurants or room service. On check-out we were afforded one $100 credit. We showed the hand-out to the desk person. His response was that the hand-out needs to be rewritten. He finally recognized both "credits" but only after we were expressing anger. The Boca Raton is both a hotel and a club. The club members (locals) and their kids populate the lobbies and restaurants. In a rather undisciplined world, the parents have their cocktails and the kids run wild through the lobby and restaurants unrestrained screaming in joy as they play. If this is what you want: enjoy! Otherwise, book elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at the Boca Raton multiple times and always had wonderful experiences. However, during my most recent stay in early October, I booked through Agoda instead of directly with the hotel, and that led to some confusion regarding the resort fees. The booking stated ‘taxes and fees included,’ so I assumed the resort fee was covered. When I checked in, the front desk couldn’t confirm whether the resort fee was included, which seemed odd, but I didn’t press further. After my stay, I was billed for two nights of resort fees. When I reached out to the billing department, it took several calls to get a response, and when I finally spoke with someone, I found the interaction dismissive and unhelpful. I was told that it was an issue between Agoda and the hotel and that I’d need to resolve it myself by contacting Agoda. I explained that I didn’t understand why the lack of communication between the hotel and third-party platforms like Agoda or Expedia should become my problem. It seems unreasonable for the customer to be the one chasing down a refund when there’s clearly a miscommunication between the hotel and the booking platforms. The issue wasn’t about the money—it was more about feeling like I was being slighted and, frankly, cheated out of something I wasn’t informed about up front. The conversation ended with the representative saying she would speak to the front desk, which didn’t address the real issue of unclear communication about the resort fees in the booking process. This soured my experience with what is otherwise a lovely hotel. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me who can actually help resolve this.

Boca raton is a really nice stay. If u are looking some were too go you should go too boca raton. The hotel was really nice and clean the Maids come to clean your room everyday. Breakfast is really nice and dinner there is a lot of choices to go. And the last but not least the pool. It is so nice can wrap your own Cabana with a TV in it and the couch and like if you free food a really nice there's a pirate for toddlers if you have little ones and now the Waterside one is closed and one open they are both really fun at night time I don't hear anything I saw a review that said I heard a lot of noise at night people snoring next door but I didn't hear anything at all it a nice stay if you go have a good time
