The Colonnade Hotel

This is absolutely far and away the best property in Boston. Starting with incredible staff from Norman at the Front Door, to the front desk, and housekeeping, you will be blown away by their hospitality. The rooms and facilities are incredible and meticulously kept. The food, beverage and of course hospitality in Lucie is truly way above expectations and a hidden gem. If you are going to Boston, look no further to a place you can cal home over and over again.

I only stayed here one night but needless to say I will definitely be back. I had a wonderful stay with an amazing view. The shower had excellent water pressure, the pillows felt like clouds, the robes were extremely cozy, and overall the enviornment was very clean and fresh. One thing stood out to me though - the employee at the front desk. Luis made my whole stay worth it. He greeted me immediately and made sure I was set up for a great night. He made all of my accommodations work with no hassle at all, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. Besides being extremely helpful, he was extremely knowledgeable about not only the hotel but the surrounding area - he gave me great recommendations for good eats and bars. He was genuine, honest, and kind above all else. It is rare you find someone so dedicated and Luis was a breath of fresh air!

Thank you again for a memorable day!! The room was clean,beds were so comfortable and having the coffee maker was a plus.

Easy parking, nice room, sunshine coming into the workout room with floor to ceiling windows and view on the backside. Great view from room looking at the Prudential. Clean. Comfortable beds, great water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff, Darren with check in super helpful and Michael and Adam checking out. Lots of help and great tips from the staff.

The Colonnade Hotel in Boston is absolutely fantastic! I've stayed here both for work and with my family, and each time has been an incredible experience. The standout feature for me has to be the rooftop pool. It’s a true oasis in the heart of the city—perfect for unwinding after a day of meetings or exploring. The views from up there are breathtaking, and it’s such a relaxing spot to enjoy some downtime. The Lucie! restaurant is another highlight. The food is top-notch, and the ambiance is perfect for both casual meals and special dinners. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a more leisurely meal, it doesn’t disappoint. Great cocktails too! The location in Back Bay is ideal—so central to everything. You’re just steps away from amazing shopping, restaurants, and cultural attractions, making it incredibly convenient no matter what kind of trip you’re on. Highly recommend!
