Reviews for Seaport Boston Hotel
Always a great stay but they won my loyalty this visit
We often stay at this hotel when visiting family. Always clean and comfortable, a large well-appointed gym, and centrally located with lots of walkable eating options. I also really like that you need a room key to get up to your floor and usually it is quiet. But this past trip they won my loyalty: around 7:30 PM we heard running and banging above our room that went on for almost an hour. We called the front desk to alert them. At this point I expected the "OK we'll look into it" or a "do you want to change rooms?" and nothing would change, which is a typical reaction at even expensive hotels. But a few minutes later 2 security people arrive at our door to hear it and for us to help them to localize where it was coming from. 10 minutes later there was silence. I travel a lot for work and have never experienced such service. Thank you!

Great Seaport visit
We enjoyed our stay at the Seaport. The suite was excellent, the view was great. Check in was easy, Aaron, at the front desk, assisted us even showed us to are accommodation. The entire staff were great. Great location for our return to Boston.

Excellent Hotel location and amenities.
The Hotel is very clean, has one of the best gyms of all the Hotels that we have stayed at, it is walking distance to many restaurants, stores, sports bars and the view is great! The staff is very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Weekend getaway
The views of the city were absolutely amazing. I would recommend getting the King Suite with the panoramic views. You can have views of the port from one corner and views of the city and the seaport market place from the living room. These views during the sunset are absolutely breathtaking

Birthday weekend with teen girls
The Seaport is in a wonderful location by the water front at walking distance from many awesome restaurants, the staff is very friendly and polite. The indoor pool was a major attraction for the young ladies. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful birthday weekend!
