Comfortable Stay
The food is good, staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The guys doing valet were so friendly and helpful. Staff was great too! My only complaint is that my card was charged, and it shouldn't have been. However, I made a call to the hotel, and they fixed it pretty quickly.

Wonderful experience all around.
The Seaport Hotel was a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming, and the rooms were brilliant. The location is perfect for the seaport or access to the Boston Convention Center. Pro tip: Convention center is on level P, street level is level L. Stay here and you won't regret it!

Exceeded Expectations!
From the moment we stepped out of our Uber until the time we checked out, we were always greeted with a friendly face and staff was there to make certain that we were comfortable and content. Rooms were a good size considering the city/location, lobby was fresh and beautiful with fresh flowers, breakfast in the cafe was nice, and the staff was perfect!

Wonderful hotel in Seaport district
Fabulous hotel. My guest room was so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I was fortunate enough to receive an unexpected upgrade and it was so appreciated because I was in town for a 5 day conference. I would love to stay here again if I visit Boston.

I saw a mouse!
Nice location and great gym. The staff were friendly. I like the location near the water. But I saw a mouse running on the cafe counter during evening hours so please don't order any food there. Very few late night food options in the neighborhood though.
