Hotel Amigo

The staff was lovely and helpful and the location could not be better for touring and the Xmas markets. There was a problem with the heat in our room and the staff brought us a space heater. The breakfast was delicious both buffet and cooked. We had order a package with museum tickets etc, and there was confusion about that, though it was all easily resolved, just be aware to ask if you need to.

This hotel went above and beyond expectations. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are compassionate, communicative and very attentive and friendly. No matter what you need, if it’s a restaurant reservation, a salon booking or recommendations for cafes or places to explore on foot, they have specialists for everything! And the restaurant food and breakfast of the hotel is amazing! Lots of choice for the breakfast buffet, or from the a la cart menu. Our waiter Claudio was always spoiling us at our table for breakfast. Simply an amazing and memorable experience!

We just stayed at Hotel Amigo in Brussels. What a warm welcoming place to stay on a visit to a lovely city. The staff is so kind and helpful The rooms are lovely and most comfortable. The location cannot be beat. A few steps and you are on the Grand Place. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel; wonderful location. Great staff, especially housekeeping. We have stayed same class hotels for quite a long time, but this one was remarkably great. Room was quite spacious, everything was nicely prepared before our arrival. Daily housekeeping was the best among we have seen so far. Front desk and the bar staff were all friendly. Location is absolutely the best if you are there for exploring Brussels center.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I have stayed in a few, believe me. It was wonderfully comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Marco, in the Magritte bar, was especially helpful. He went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
