Can’t stay anywhere else! Absolutely phenomenal service, food, rooms, location. We rarely visit the same place twice but we will make an exception for Brussels & this hotel! You’re in the middle of everything, walking distance to the square, we had breakfast included and it was as good as anything in the city with all made-to-order options included. It’s across from the best waffles. Nightly turn down service, greeted by name everywhere in the hotel just zero complaints or improvements needed. We will search out other properties by this company.

What a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff! It’s right in the heart of all the action near the Grand Place. The hotel has beautiful rooms and a cute bar in the lobby. The staff is very friendly and the customer service was wonderful. We felt very well looked. We knew if we needed anything, they would be the ones to turn to. Would absolutely stay here again. Enjoyed our return stay to The Hotel Amigo. Customer focus and service are delivered at the highest level. The bell staff and front team are genuinely welcoming. The rooms are exceptionally appointed and the bar area is a wonderful casual experience. The breakfast service is truly the gem of The Amigo, the delicious food choices are exquisitely prepared and displayed. The best part of the experience is your waiter Claudio—He makes you feel like royalty and he easily could delight any world leader with his exemplary level of knowledge and service. Thanks again for another wonderful stay.

My wife and I loved our time at Hotel Amigo. Our room was perfect, and all the staff were delightful. We enjoyed our time at the hotel restaurant, Bocconi, which was decorated beautifully. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also ordered from the menu. We had an exciting dinner at the restaurant as well. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner, and the staff were outstanding. At breakfast, both Madel and Claudio were both charming and professional, taking care of all of our needs and also becoming friends. At dinner Roberto was also fantastic. He made our dinner an experience we will never forget. And there are many other staff members who helped us whose names we do not know. We highly recommend Hotel Amigo for everything it has to offer, and especially for the people who work there.
