Reviews for Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest

Waiting for a river cruise to start in Budapest.

We were waiting on our river cruise to start and Amex booked into this wonderful hotel for two nights. We were very happy with the professional, but friendly and helpful staff and our room was spacious and a comfortable bed topped it off. We had an excellent meal at the NOBU Restaurant and the hotel breakfast was a substantial buffet which catered for all tastes. We also had dinner at the Brasserie which was another great meal. Very hard for me to find any fault in my overall experience at the Kempinski Hotel in Budapest. I would recommend it as a great place to stay, but also add that it is not a budget type hotel.

A must!!! One of the best hotels we have all stayed in, flawless from start to finish. Fantastic service, amazing rooms with lovely finishing touches, a fantastic breakfast. We visited the blue fox every evening and the cocktails were fantastic and we also had a spa day and treatment which was fantastic. Great stay - thank you

Booked 2 connect rooms for a 3 generation holiday . Very nice reception service. Rooms are clean and a thought given to each item. Rooms serviced twice a day and all the amenities topped up every service. Food served at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. Service Very good. We all had a great time at the hotel.

Very good stay at Kempinski

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We had a very nice stay in the hotel, but it didn't go without some issues. Even though we requested a nice view, we received a very dark vista in a small room. When we complained about it, there was a very quick resolution. The new room was beautiful, but the shower is renovated in a weird way, that seems like there was no much thought of actual use. For example, you can't turn on the shower without getting immediately wet... not fun to get a freeze shock each time you shower. We have outgrown all-you-can-eat kind of breakfast, so the Kempinski boufette, while not bad, is not that interesting. However, the professional staff and the very good restaurants make up for whatever issue we had. Great location and very cost effective.
