Love Sobhy and Mahmoud.
Sobhy and Mahmoud were fantastic at getting us early morning coffees after a day at the pyramids. They made us make the early morning flights to Luxor. Wonderful service! Highly recommend if you need an early morning coffee. And on Christmas Day at 5AM.

Such a great experience! Sohy and Mahmod at the restaurant bar gave my husband and I such good care on a very early morning!
We had such a wonderful stay and a very early check out. We were taken care of every step of the way and our early morning departure was made much easier with wonderful coffee provided by bar staff!. Rooms were beautiful and the whole staff was always friendly and accommodating

Pleasant stay in Cairo
We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. The lobby, room, pool and guest/room service was what you’d expect for a luxury hotel. We had lunch at the sky pool and found that to be a nice oasis from the busy streets down below. We also had dinner at the Saigon restaurant which was decent, but not great. Overall we have enjoyed our time here.

Love this hotel in Cairo! My lunches in L’uliveto are always great! Fish is delicious and salats are so fresh and tasty. Quality food of high standards. Staff are great too; Ramp is very helpful, and very pleasant to talk to as well. I recommend it

A wonderful stay!!!
It's been a incredible experience. We had a luxurious suite with wide Nile view. Breakfast buffet is just astonishing. The breakfast restaurant staff is extremely kind, polite and professional. Special attention to Mr Bassem who was so nice to us 😍😍😍
