Good foods, Heavenly bed and best hospitality
The Golden suite is very good, the bed is heavenly . The Golden Lounge has the best foods in town. We ate at the lounge for 3 night, the foods was amazing with many varieties drinks and desserts, services was hospitality ( special Irish, Cia and Nermin).

The best stay ever. The rooms, amenities, the staff and the Fairmont Gold Lounge!!! Was incredible!! Irish and the team were fantastic. The service, the food and the whole vibe was awesome. I will definitely come again. The viewww of the Nile was perfect.

Evaluation of hotel
All of the staff are responsible and helpful. Restaurants are great. Concierge assisted greatly in finding a tour guide and driver. Minaguide was excellent tour guide at the Grand Museum. Driver navigated the streets of Cairo well. I recommend the Fairmont Nile City to anyone visiting Cairo.

Lovely French offerings in Cairo
A lovely and well presented dinner at La Mie, a Fairmont Nile City restaurant within the attached shopping mall. Excellent service by Abdelrahman. Will return when we next get the chance. We very much enjoyed the Chicken Cordon Blue and Lamb Chops. Unfortunately, we were too full to try the luscious looking French desserts. Another reason to come back.

Great experience.
Waiter was excellent. Abdelrahman was very nice and efficient. The restaurant was very clean. Staff were eager to please. Pastries were beautiful and the display was immaculate. It was located in the Mall attached to the hotel for convenience.
