Tender loving care !
Superb service. When we had lost our bags by British Airways, the staff at the airport located and deliver promptly as soon as British was released the bag three days later. We could not have done it without the help of. Andrew, who is part of the Lela ‘s airport team especially Andrew.

Amazing stay
Perfect experience as always - I’ve stayed here a few time now for work. Always so friendly, room is clean and always feeling welcome. Breakfast was wonderful, always felt like royalty even though it was a business trip. Semontika was exceptionally helpful, always so attentive!

The stay was great and relaxing, food was very good in Spectra, it had all types if cuisine. We had excellent experience and stay. Semonika from guest relation was really helpful in Leela palace and stay. Room we stayed had beautiful beach view.

Great time, will be back
Had a great two-night stay. Wonderful hospitality, with a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable time. Will be delighted to return on our next visit to Chennai. Rohit, our floor butler, and Semontika, GR executive were super warm and helped us out with a smile
