Extremely pleasant stay
We went down to Clearwater for baseball Spring Training. Being a Phillies and Yankees family we found the hotel to be perfectly located by the beach, close enough to both ballparks. The service was excellent, and the staff quickly responded to each of our requests The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but our room had a full kitchen, great view, and very comfortable pillows. This was our 5th visit to Clearwater and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Hyatt again next year when we return with more family members

Short stay for a meeting
The hotel room conditions are excellent. They provide complete kitchen with stove, dishes and all you may need for a short vacation. The bathroom is excellent and in general is very clean. I recommend it 100 %. By the other hand the staff is very friendly in all areas. The hotel is very well located in a way you can walk around the town.

Not great
The location was great, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the room was large. The price we paid, I feel was too high for a mediocre hotel. The bathroom in our room wasn't clean, items were broken/damaged. The room just seems outdated and beat up. The pool was small and in the shade. I think I would have been 'ok' with the accommodations if it was maybe $250-$350 a night. There were no extras to justify the $700/night + resort fees.

Fun times in Clearwater!
This is a great hotel right on the beach. The room setup for large families is ideal. The staff is very friendly and the property is kept up well. This was our second visit and we will be returning again in the future. We highly recommend Clearwater beach and this hotel!

Perfect magical time
Magical romantic hotel where you need to go with a special person and get the terrace over looking ocean and walk beautiful beach of Clearwater. We were so thrilled that Nicholas Murray and his incredible staff took time and gave us a incredible room with views that are breathtaking. Angel Alice's and chef John should be received on fantastic meal a steak that melted in my mouth. So perfect my wife fish was delicious plus Mary Greeter such a magical surprise and amazing person that representatives the hotel with total class.Ben my server who brought my food out at the perfect temperature and my drinks 🍸 was the perfect server. HYATT should thanked for having amazing team
