Perfect Stay
Staff were fantastic, they made the experience exactly what we needed. It was my son’s 4th birthday and they made him feel special from start to finish thank you to the Concierge Philip for making his day from the snack bar credit to the welcoming gifts it was appreciated!

Perfect Experience For Our Wedding Party
We've lived in Dallas for 40 years, but have never stayed at the Fairmont until our daughter's wedding this weekend. The entire wedding party stayed here. Absolute perfection! Darrel at the concierge desk helped me print out my wedding speech. Malik in the Fairmont Gold Lounge was awesome! The entire staff was available to help in every way, and our room was wonderful! Thank you for making our daughter's special day so awesome!
