Room is a bit outdated, but did the job for a place to sleep.

I arrived before check-in, and the staff allowed me to go to the spa area to change into a meeting I needed to attend. While they told me that they would text me when my room is ready, which I never got one. By the time I arrived in the evening, the room was available and the staff was apologetic. The room is fine, the bathroom door did not close when you slide it over. The thermostat took a while to warm up. Otherwise, room served it purpose for one night's sleep.

Great experience at this property! Room service was great and Gustavo Gutierres was friendly and very professional! I ordered food several times and Gustavo always had a smile. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

What a dreamy spot for a snow day! Quiet, lovely rooms. Every single employee was kind and helpful. Sophie in The Conservatory spoiled us at breakfast each morning. I dream about returning.

Gustavo G. was so kind! He brought up my room service and was so great to speak with. He made my stay amazing! I enjoyed getting to talk with him and hope to see him next time I stay at Hotel Crescent! He gave me a nice lesson on the orchid that came on the room service table. I always say that it’s nice to learn one new thing every day, so it was perfect!
