Omni Dallas Hotel

My wife and myself spent Saturday night at the hotel, we were there for a wedding reception. Check in was effortless and quick. We have stayed at other Omnis so we received a couple of free drink coupons. The room was large , basically designed and furnished. The only strange thing was the shower. The tub had already been removed, there was a shoer head on one end however the handle was on the opposite wall. The faucet worked normally but the base wasn't secure so it kept rotating. The next morning there was a leak from the ceiling in the shower. The leak was next to the light which made me little nervous. I reported the leak when I checked out so hopefully that will be corrected. We were on the 23rd floor which smelled a little molded. There were fans in the hallway which might have been related to a leak and the smell. The food and drinks at the sports bar were very good. I didn't get a chance to eat anywhere else. I ma stay there in the future if the need arises

Housekeeping service was outstanding! When I returned to my room, after a long day working a very busy tradeshow, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that my dirty clothes that had been on a pile on the floor, had been placed in one of the laundry bags, my toiletries neatly arranged on a washcloth in the bathroom and the, unfolded clothes I left on the bed, neatly folded, the miscellaneous items left on the desk were neatly arranged and my personal coffee maker organized with the rest of the coffee maker supplies. I was so impressed, I posted pics on line! Our group had breakfast every morning in the restaurant whose buffet was fantastic as well as service and food, in the very busy sports bar on point and efficient. WELL DONE OMNI!

Me and some best friends stayed here last year in the summertime. We liked to how soft the pillows were. Nothing to like about this hotel. We also liked to how beautiful the hotel looked at night from the outside. We really liked to how warm the pool was.

Very nice, room was lovely, slept well, beautiful building, enjoyed ice skating view. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. We suggest that you check in early and enjoy your stay. Nice hotel, worth the price. The bed, pillows and shower experience were all very nice.

Between the hours of 2am and 4am there were three very bright flashes in our room it was like a flash photography type of flash. The first woke me up and the 2nd and 3rd woke both my wife and I up. It did not allow us to have a good nights sleep. When I called the hotel the following day to ask for an explanation they could not seem to give us any reason.
