Outstanding

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The staff and the rooms were amazing. We will definitely stay there again. From the time of check in with the valet, until check out everyone was really great. I would recommend the breakfast burrito in the AM. Thanks so much for a great stay, see you next time

Everything Right

What a cool hotel. The historic touches are awesome, the Prosecco on arrival makes a tough day of travel disappear. The food, through room service and in the restaurant, was delicious and the location was perfect for going to the theater. We will be back!

The Fairy Tale Wedding of a Lifetime

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This is the place to be if you want the best service and most amazing venue for your event. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is second to none! From the moment we met Jessica in Sales, we knew this is where we wanted to be! The servers & bartender for the wedding (Saleem, Maiah, Morgan as well as Taylor the food and beverage director) all treated us like royalty and family all at the same time. There was nothing they couldn't make happen, all while having the sweetest attitudes and biggest hearts! The front desk team we encountered (Matthew, Natalie, Ricci, and Beth) went above and beyond in helping us with every single need and detail for the wedding. Matthew even helped us find food on Christmas night when everything was closed. He also went to a nearby store to get some ginger ale when I wasn't feeling well. Every one of the guys working in valet were also incredibly helpful each and every time we left and arrived back on property. I have never been more impressed with a group of individuals who truly all functioned as a unified family. We were incredibly honored to have our daughter's wedding here and can't wait to visit again when in the area!

Enjoyed great hospitality and weather during a long weekend return to Denver -- and the Broncos beat the Browns!!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Went back to Denver to join other Bronco fans cheering them on to a win over the Browns. Was greeted by Ricci as we were checking in. Ricci -- and Courtney and Natalie -- turned an "away game" for me into a "welcome back" experience I will not soon forget. My work requires me to travel often to major cities. Checking in and out of most hotels is just a process one has to go through as the "next-in-line." Years ago, I traveled to Denver a couple of times a year. After testing out several of the "recommended" hotels in the downtown area, I became a regular guest at Teatro. I went back on my own money, hoping Teatro would not disappoint. It didn't. No matter what I was doing or thinking about doing, Ricci or most anyone else on duty was there, checking to make certain I was enjoying myself -- ready to offer suggestions if needed. I was given a daily update on what was going on in and around Denver on what turned out to be very warm weather and experiences -- sights, sounds AND food of course. The Broncos won and so did I, thanks to all the hospitality offered me by all who make Hotel Teatro a great place to stay whenever you plan to enjoy Denver...and the Broncos.

Great hotel in Denver

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Really lovely hotel with old school charm, but all the amenities. Front desk staff is always very kind and helpful. They have free coffee right by the front desk as well as a coffee stand if you want something other than drip coffee. They have a large area in the lobby to relax, hang out, have your coffee as well a restaurant that I think is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have room service if you want an extra luxury. Location is great to walk to 16th street mall, Larimer, Union Station. There is also a 7/11 across the street if you need snacks for your room. Rooms (we stayed in a queen) wasn't huge, but spacious enough with a small couch, bedside tables, large TV, fridge, and full bathroom with great shower pressure. It can be a little loud with outside noise, but we didn't mind at all. I would recommend staying here again.
