Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa

This hotel is a large five star hotel located in Diani Beach , with very lovely view and friendly and helpful staff with smile in their face who care about you , The room was very big and i think most of them has a good view on ocean , although somewhere in hotel was under renovation but it is not a problem in this lovely hotel . i have to tell about kind and smiley staff , One of the staff who's name was Ben was very kind and helpful The food and breakfast was very good and healthy and delicious although some thing in the room bath must be renovated but the facility in the room is complete from tea/coffee maker , safe box , towel, bath sniper , comfortable bed and so on On thing that bother me in this hotel is the price of drinking, for example a 330 mil local bear in this hotel cost 500 KSH ( almost 4$ ) and it cost 2 $ outside the hotel !!! all drink in this hotel even drink for your half board dinner isn't free and the price is high in compare with a supermarket out side the hotel . the hotel rules prevent you from bringing drinking or food from outside the hotel and there is nothing about this rules in the hotel website but except this point every thing in this hotel are good enough and you will enjoy that

Everything about this hotel is just amazing,the staff/employees are top notch in the industry,the rooms are so spacious and cleanest of hotels,their food ,mouth watering,the list is long,the best way to tell about this hotel is for one to experience everything personally,it's an amazing experience

Osiro ladies - Nakuru Kenya. Visited with a group of 16 ladies. Every thing about the hotel,just awesome - the spacious room ....ooh the white pillows ,the meals for all tastes buds especially for diabetics. Staff very friendly & warm.. Pool attendant Charles - just awesome!! Beach very white sand.. Enjoyed our Wasini boat ride too..with my friend Muhammed & nice guy blah blah..

Staff are woowest, very kind, focused and helpful. The guard at the beach is super. I liked the water games and night african dances Swimming attendant was tick! The guard at the beach was wonderful Can improve on internet speeds Blessings galore

From the moment we arrived at Diani Reef, the experience was absolutely flawless. Our room was both elegant and cozy, with a stunning balcony that offered breathtaking views of the beach. All the stuff were friendly & helpful. The dining experience was exceptional. Every meal was a delight, with a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. A special shout-out to Purity at the main restaurant—she was incredibly professional, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome every time we dined. Additionally, Benard from the pool area and Cedric from the gym stood out for their helpfulness and attentiveness. Their friendly service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, making us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, Diani Reef exceeded our expectations in every way. My son and I had a wonderful time, and we can't wait to return!
