Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

My favorite day of the year is March 8 because I get to travel to Dubai. I always get super excited and this year, I am very thrilled to mark this significant milestone. You see I have a birthday tradition, and it all started here, at the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in 2015, exactly 10 years ago. It brings me so much joy and happiness knowing that I have been able to celebrate my birthdays with my parents and with some of my best friends in the world. The sense of peace I feel when I arrive here is absolutely priceless and the memories are indeed timeless. I especially would like to thank Mr. Ahmad Mohamad for the wonderful hospitality and generosity. I would also like to thank Mr. Ismail Gharib for excellent service during all these years. Thank you to the whole team at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab for the attention to details and all the amazing WOW/MOMENTS during my stay and for all the lovely conversations. I truly feel delighted and I sincerely look forward to continue my birthday tradition for years to come.

Got charged in advance for a restaurant set menu, which would be fine however they then cancelled the reservation with no reason and refused to refund the amount (600) and have ignored all calls and emails. Do not provide your card details when booking restaurants.

Thank you to you all for a wonderful stay. All the staff were fantastic - everyone without exception - from your guys welcoming us on the front door and managing transport to your cleaning teams - our new friends are:-Concierge - Svetlana and Lorenza and all the team - our driver to Burj Khalifa (sorry I didn't write down his name!).Breakfast - Hafsia and Svetoslav (sorry if miss-spelt) and our welcoming team on the desk and taking us to our table. Gym and Spa - Jayson and the team - Jayson is a credit to the hotel. Executive Pool - Faysal and Rayhan - thank you for looking after us such respective and graciously! Butler Team - last but not least - Herbert. Rhoda and Shelani (sorry if miss-spelt) - you are stars - the best team in the world! Thank you so much for looking after us and especially making Burj al-Arab feel like home from home.

The hotel is very good a true 5 star. The room itself is about 2400 sq ft Duplex. 2 floors and everything worked like it should, the showers, the amenities the bed the furniture. The butler service was very good and helpful. Tari who is from indonesia was very helpful at the items we needed including getting me hooked with a special chanel to watch the Superbowl in my room for a fee of $0.20 cents, her idea not mine. Will go back in a minute. Staff was attentive and very helpful. food was very good at every restaurant we went to. I would suggest to go to all of them if there is time. every one was very very helpful especially Diyor at the breakfast area. He was knowledgeble, courtous and helpful at basically everything including gving us tips as to where to go to during the day, what kind of transport to take and where to look for the items we were looking for.

I have never left a hotel wanting to come back more than I did with this one. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and professional. This is perfection down to the last detail. We’re already planning our next vacation back here. Thank you!
