Fairmont Dubai

I had a great stay at the Fairmont Dubai, located at the Sheikh Zayed Road, overlooking the metro station (World Trade Center) and opposite to the Museum of the Future. The hospitality was great and would like to mention the gentleman Abdul who helped me right from the time I stepped into the hotel premises and shared tips about Dubai. The room that I stayed was on the 32nd floor, very clean and the bathroom was a decent size with a jacuzzi and a shower compartment. The housekeeping is great and did their job very well. The breakfast buffet had the same food every single day which was a bit tiring and there are additional charges for early check-in and late check-out that are quite steep (even more than what I experienced in the US). So, these are some areas for improvement. But otherwise, my stay was very comfortable, felt safe all the time and peaceful.

The hotel has very good access to Sheikh Zayed Highway, very close to the metro station and near restaurants, coffee shops, and 24-hour shops. The staff at the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were very good. An interesting thing at the time of check-in was that the reception did not accept advance payment, which created a sense of trust and hospitality. The room was clean enough, but the lack of cleaning of the toilet drain caused the water to drain slowly. Also, the scale in the room was broken. The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was very good.

I would like to thank all the staff — such pleasant and noble people. A special thank you goes to Satish. He was incredibly attentive to every detail and carried out his duties perfectly. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a dedicated and meticulous employee. Thanks to him, our stay at the hotel was much more enjoyable and comfortable. A big thank you to the hotel management as well for selecting such a professional and qualified team. Thank you all — we love you and will miss you!

Amazing service from amazing staff. Thanks Ms. Jhoanna and Mr. Mokthar. They are both the best!! The pub ambiance is so cool, the food is nice and got my drink customized with my photo. Will be back hefe and again and will recommend with my friends.

The stay is awesome, everything is clean and confortable. I would like to mention also that specially the sports bar is great and one of thing that I would like to say is that thanks to Mr. Moukhtar the service was amazing and everything was smooth.
