We were celebrating me and my daughter's birthday and decided to treat ourselves to a mini girl trip overnight stay possibly adding another night. After I made the reservation which was some days before arrival I stated in the notes that it was a birthday celebration. I then called and asked if a little something, i.e a card or complimentary snack with a note or something could be placed in the room, when I later asked they said it was done. However when we checked in, nothing was there. I was surprised that some of the furniture was scratched and chipped, kind of dated and wooden . The soaking tub is a nice large size, with a separate shower, and was surprised the shower head was basic and had little to no water pressure. The TV also basic; I've checked in to lower rated hotels that welcomes you on the screen. I was surprised The Four Seasons didn't have that feature. Also the beds were surprisingly hard. The pillows were amazing like fluffy clouds, we expected the bed to follow suit but it was hard so we had a bad nights sleep. My daughter said it seems like a Courtyard Marriott with a bigger bathroom, and sorry to say the Marriott has softer beds. We continued our trip at the Palace hotel, instead of inquiring for an extended stay, so either it's over rated or they deliberately assigned us a room that has yet to be updated.

Bad service at restaurant, they can't deal with a party more than two. Hotel starts to been worn out, and never trust them, I heard so many promises none was done.

Had a wonderful time staying at this property with my wife and two year-old. A teddy bear was waiting for my daughter at check-in and she loved it! Lots of goodies were also then waiting for her and us inside of our room. All of the staff treated us so well and were so kind and courteous. We also really enjoyed the food at Quattro. It was such a terrific stay that we will be coming back again next month. We're all looking forward to it

First, to my Amex friends, this hotel took away the Amex "experience" benefit. You can only use the $100 in the mediocre restaurant. They are promoting a Middle Eastern theme for the next several months. This is what you look at while you're eating. Classy, huh? Staff was nice and polite.

All you can expect from the Four Seasons, beautiful rooms well equipped nice comfortable and elegant bathrooms, wonderful bed and they always to include a nice welcome note, cookie or something in the room which is very charming. I do have two notes, they have decided to do away with small bottles of shampoo etc. I am not a fan, one of them didn’t work well and it ends up in a mess. Also in the gym they don’t offer water bottles, instead they offer plastic cups. If the environment is a concern I would suggest to have reusable water bottles that can be used while you are there and perhaps even buy one for you to keep. If you didn’t bring your own carrying a small cup around is not very practical. But these are small observations on an otherwise wonderful stay and fantastic service.
