Inn at the 5th

Does not actually have an airport shuttle. I have a lot of luggage, and it is difficult to book a taxi in this area—they can be unreliable. So I booked with Inn at 5th because in the past they had a shuttle for airport transportation. Not available tomorrow because it is booked « for a private event ». And they told me it only runs starting after 7:30am even though many many flights leave EUG before 6am so that travelers can make onward connections. I asked the front desk if they could book a taxi for me. They said their one taxi contact is unavailable and there is no one else they c an call. Very disappointed.

The Inn At the 5th is a wonderful hotel in a great location! Easy walking distance to downtown Eugene and the Univ of Oregon. Public Market is right outside your door and has a ton of shopping and restaurant choices. The front desk clerks and valet are very helpful. We rode bikes supplied from the hotel and rode along the river trail. Every day you get a complimentary glass of wine or beer and free snacks. A very warm and inviting place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This has to be one of the best run hotels I have stayed at in recent times. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional beyond expectations. They were always willing to help and always greeted each guest upon arrival. The room was clean and the bed was among the most comfortable I can recall in any hotel. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Central location, lots of dining within easily walking distance. Great welcoming and friendly staff. Extremely accommodating and guest forward. Well appointed and well kept facilities. Complimentary snacks, drinks and nightly glass of wine. Rooms were very clean and maintained. It was a seamless and very pleasant stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting Eugene for business or pleasure.

We have stayed at the Inn over the years and every trip has been great. It is easily walkable to the theaters for shows and bars for hopping.
