Very Nice Accommodations in Eugene
We have stayed at the Inn @ the Fifth in Eugene a few times as we visited the city to attend University of Oregon sporting events. It is a nice hotel with good amenities such as the free snacks in the lobby, the valet parking, and the shuttle to/from nearby locations. Very good customer service in the lobby, the cleaning staff in the hallways, and the drivers. We could hear the train horn at night, so that is why the sleep got a slight downgrade.

Hands down, the best hotel in Eugene!
Hands down, the best hotel in Eugene! From the exceptional service to the well-appointed rooms, this place has it all. And let's talk about the fireplace—it's the perfect touch for a cozy stay. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Eugene. This hotel sets the bar so high, it's practically unreachable!

Excellent Location and Service
We drive over to Eugene one a month to attend the Theater which is within walking distance from the hotel. We are never disappointed with the service we always receive. A big shout out to the front desk receptionists Krysten and Hope, and Service attendants Tanner and Hayden. We took the free shuttle to dinner and Hayden was there promptly to pick us up after our meal. We will be back next month to enjoy our date night out at an outstanding establishment. Highly recommend it.

Inn at the 5th exceeded our expectations. This was an ideal facility in the perfect location in Eugene. The Customer Service was over-the-top personable and professional. They gave us a level of Customer Service that we thought was long forgotten. We WILL be BACK for SURE!
