Beautiful place , beautiful people , and extra beautiful services . You feel home and in away they will offer you all the space you need. I’ve spent more than 2 months in Frankfurt for personal reasons and trust me that won’t be possible without the warmth I had from all of the employees there .

We had the most amazing stay celebrating my husband’s birthday at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Mr. Aziz kindly allowed us to check in early and even surprised us with an upgrade to mark the special occasion – such a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. The hotel room was absolutely exceptional, with every detail carefully considered, and the breakfast was out of this world – easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food were fantastic, and it really set us up for our days of exploring. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the start. The hotel’s location was perfect for walks around town and discovering all that Frankfurt has to offer. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the team for making it so memorable!

Stayed one night with wife and 9 year old son. Was expecting luxury but realise it is old luxury. The building itself is amazing. Great architecture. We arrived at the hotel late at around 6pm but the room was still not ready. They then provided us free drinks at the lounge. When the room was ready, the lifts are really old which gives it an interesting experience just to take the lifts. The hallways are huge and the room itself was alright. However the TV is really old school. We could not stream Netflix on it! which was quite disappointing. The staff tried to help with a Apple TV box but did not have the power cable for it. So we ended up watching it on the mobile. Bathroom had a tub which was nice. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. We had lunch at the Oscar which was also equally good. Other than the issues with the TV and the late availability of the room, the stay was alright. But likely would not stay here the next time we are in Frankfurt. There is parking just opposite the hotel. I recently had the opportunity to enjoy a massage at the spa of the Frankfurter Hof, and while the treatment itself was relaxing and professional, my overall experience was significantly marred by the poor service at the reception of the SPA (not the hotel). Upon arrival, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist, whose demeanor was both rude and impolite. As a German speaker, I could understand the comments made, which only added to my discomfort. Instead of being greeted warmly or guided through the process, I was left waiting for 30 minutes without even being offered a glass of water—an absolute lack of professionalism for an establishment of this caliber. Additionally, it’s important for potential guests to be aware that the time you pay for includes not only the actual massage but also the time it takes to undress and redress. This means that a 60-minute massage may not actually provide a full hour of hands-on treatment, which can be disappointing if you're expecting the full duration to be dedicated to relaxation. While the massage itself was pleasant, the front-desk service left much to be desired, ultimately dampening the overall experience. Given the reputation of the Frankfurter Hof, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and professionalism from the staff.

This hotel is beautiful. If you are thinking of visiting the Christmas Markets in Frankfurt this is a fantastic place to stay. Perfectly positioned for those of us who are getting on in years and can't walk far.The staff are wonderful and the whole place is dripping with class.....the rooms are spotlessly clean and you can find most things on the electronic tablet supplied in the rooms. I can't recommend this place enough. I will definitely be staying at this hotel the next time I visit Frankfurt...
