Hotel Nacional de Cuba

we stayed in an executive room on the sixth floor. very friendly receptionist, we were accommodated exactly in the room we booked with ocean view, huge bed and early check in. specifically on the sixth floor there is a separate restaurant, the food was wonderful. We had problems with the internet, but it was resolved in a timely manner. this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the gardens are beautiful and the musicians there are simply some of the best in Cuba.

We took advantage of the free tour of the hotel and it was great. Our guide knew every little fascinating detail of the hotel's history and the famous and infamous guests who stayed there. We explored the Spanish bunkers between the hotel and the bay, and had a close-up tour of the suite Maria Felix occupied. Take advantage if you can.

Very beautiful and historic building with nice and friendly staff. The garden is the highlight of the hotel and of course the very interesting tour of the building. The beds are very comfortable and many choices for breakfast. The live music and the events every evening made our day and of course its mysterious atmosphere. The only negative comment is that the rooms were not very clean, as well as the towels or sheets.

This one hour tour of the hotel Nacional de Cuba led by Yarelis in PR was excellent. She was knowledgeable and friendly. It didn’t seem like an hour. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Recommend to everyone who visits Havana whether you stay in the hotel or not.

Everything was good but the lady in charge of the "Habanos" was rude and not helpful, I bought some cigarettes but with the intention of never come back to that store. All the other people is kind and good, the mojito and the daikiti are tasty and the hotel is beautiful.
