Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort

Great three days at the Omni. My fiend and I celebrated how our birthdays there. Everyone from Isabel at the front desk to the power team at HH prime, including Christopher, Laverne and Charlene were absolutely outstanding. The staff makes it memorable holiday. The rooms are somewhat musty, but well appointed. Unfortunately, when we were there, it was quite cool and the public spaces are freezing so make sure you pack a warm coat. the beach is unparalleled! Would definitely like to return

My room was large and fabulous. It was very well equipped including a small kitchen. I was surprised that I had a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. The grounds were beautiful. We used the fire pits one evening. All the staff I encountered was very friendly.

Very very very nice hotel very clean and updated excellent in everyway , we stayed here for three nights could have been very happy to stay here for a month, the room was the biggest and cleanest room ever, restaurant , front desk staff all excellent as well . stay here you will like it !!!!

Stayed at Omni Hilton Head for my birthday weekend. Omni is my favorite hotel chain and this one didn’t disappoint. Beautiful rooms with a BEAUTIFUL view/location! The rooms were VERY spacious with a kitchenette which is great to have if you are eating in the room. There was 2 sinks. One outside the bathroom and one inside the bathroom. Bathroom was large and remodeled. Room seemed to be updated and modern. We had a partial beach view where we were able to open the sliding doors to the patio in the evenings. It was nice to have a breeze and hearing the waves crash. Will definitely be back when we have a longer stay.

Gary the temporary restaurant manager was excellent as well as the rest of the staff we came in contact with. The amenities were wonderful as well as room accommodations. Five star all the way. The customer service was also amazing. Upon checkout we recieved a text asking how are stay was and it was a real person that replied when I answered their text. We can't wait to go back!
