wow, outdated room, different color light bulbs, some cold some warm. the casino staff are really good. the casino however is really just there. the music in the place is a playlist of music you never want to hear annoying crappy music that makes the experience really horrible. you would expect in a high limit room to be carefully curated however it’s the same screeching never been on the radio that has videos and songs nobody listen too. bad vibes at the hard rock, could be so cool just isn’t, they should change the music policy and limit it to th artist whose costumes adorn the walls.

We stayed here the night of the Sting concert because we didn't want to drive home for over 1.5 hours late at night. On concert nights, We usually stayed at nearby hotels when coming to Hard Rock for concerts due to price differential of this hotel to nearby hotels. However, it was our anniversary and we had credit card points. Credit card points exchanged said the stay was worth greater than $775.00 per night. Other than the convenience of just walking to our room after the concert, we do NOT believe staying here was worth that much money. We have stayed at many different hotels within 10-15 minute drive that was $250-$500 during concert nights. The place is huge, with complementary parking. Make sure you check which garage is closest to your hotel (Oasis Tower, Guitar, Hard Rock etc) since it will be a long walk if you choose the wrong garage. We found Check-in to be a bit confusing since there were 3 different lines, 2 for Unity Members/VIP and the other for non-members. The front desk staff were Professional but not exactly friendly nor welcoming. I found that most of their staff from the Players club, hotel elevator check, etc were just a bit aloof. Our room itself was clean, and spacious but for the price I expected more. Nothing was bad, but not anything special. Found the pool area to be nice, and well kept. There were many different options for dining from food court, medium priced, to fine dining. Casino was big and had many games/tables. However, very Smokey. It had some retail stores but don't expect anything high end like you have in Las Vegas. Missed opportunity, especially since i was looking for something to do while my husband wanted to gamble. The place was especially busy at night. After the concert was over, there were just lots of people. Live band, etc. All in all, glad we stayed here for the experience. However, I doubt we will stay here again unless the price point was closer to competitor hotels.

The Hard Rock Seminole Hotel & Casino is an exciting spot with plenty to do, lively bars, a wide variety of gaming options, and solid restaurant choices. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend hours without getting bored. That being said, a word of advice: make sure to bring cash. If you need to withdraw money inside the casino, they charge about $7 each time you use your card. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to keep in mind if you plan on playing. Overall, a great experience, just be prepared so you don't get hit with extra fees.

The place was nice but nothing like Las Vegas. Had a nice atmosphere, multiple tables but not many open understanding it was a Wednesday evening. You are required to pay for drinks when gambling and the waitress didn't know the price of the drink I wanted and said just give me twenty dollars I'll bring the change. I passed on that and she was annoyed! The casino was clean but they have a non smoking room but no table games in there only slots.

Incompetent bunch of people. Slot machines zero out money & no camera footage. Security doesn’t understand how machines work. Been to many casinos & never been treated like this!
