Stayed 2 nites and attended the Old Dominion concert ( awesome show) We paid an average nightly price of over $1,200. Booked over 6 months in advance. It was our first, and last, time staying at this chain. Upon check-in I asked if they honored my booking request for a high floor suite. They did not. Floor level 5...with ZERO view! We were looking out at a rooftop and a concrete wall. Just what we were expecting after dropping over 3K over the weekend. I went back down to the desk and told after 2 minutes of tapping their keyboard that there was nothing they could offer us. We know this wasn't true as we spoke to housekeeper who told us there were vacant rooms across the hall from us that had a great view of the pool and grounds. Very disappointing!! Broken hairdryer in bathroom, vanity mirror broken, they left us 2 small bottles of water and zero snacks, booze, soda..nothing. what do u expect for over 2K ?? Ridiculous Plus side of things...the room was large and huge walk in shower was great! Still, NOT worth the money...we've stayed in numerous high-end hotels in Vegas and several other destinations for way less cost and they offer way more. This was a special getaway weekend for us and I'd rate it a 2 out of 10. Very disappointed.

So expensive for what you get, which is next to nothing!! The rooms are an ok size in the guitar tower. I put my do not disturb sign on long enough to take a shower and they therefore never came out service my room. Their excuse was that if the light is on when they come by they don’t service the room. I have NEVER been to a hotel that doesn’t come back around! They said I needed to call. How would I know that??? Even though I paid over $1000 a room per night they catered to those paying much more. Someone just paying what I paid was an inconvenience to them! Don’t expect there to be a bellman on duty or anyone else to help when needed. Lastly, the smoke small is horrible. Inside, outside… id doesn’t matter! It is insidious! Stay elsewhere!

Nice place with alot to do and enjoy. Great food everywhere. shops all over. They don't disappoint Rooms are fantastic ! Great wintertime hideaway as we are from New England and it"s cold up here. Weather there is great parking easy and the people are wonderful!

I stayed at this property for a couple of days in September 2024. As always, let's go pros and cons. Pros 1. The property is a short drive to and from FLL Airport (15 minutes). 2. I had a good sized room. The bathroom had plenty of storage space with a double vanity. Cons 1. The bed was lumpy and leaning - one of the worst beds I've ever tried to sleep in. 2. We experienced a false fire alarm at 1:45 a.m. 3. The biggest issue was an overwhelming smell and presence of cigarette smoke from the casino. It wasn't too bad at 6 a.m. walking to and from the North Hard Rock tower to the Guitar tower, where the gym is located on the third floor. However, it worsened at around 8 a.m. and was overpowering starting at about 10 a.m. Most of the good on-site restaurants required walking through the smoky casino. As a result, I ate all of my meals at the food court. Overall: Mainly because of the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke and the extremely uncomfortable bed, I would not stay at this property again.

I’m a 60 year old women and was there on a business trip for two nights. The worst experience ever in a hotel and I stayed in hotels for the last 40 years for work. I was awoken at 2:30 am by security wanting me to pay a $300 bar tab that I did not owe, They would not go away very aggressive. When my boss came to my rescue and the police were called, their video showed that it was not me. Did not end there, they went after another work associate of mine pull him out of his room at 4 AM. Forced him down to the hotel bar to pay the $300. We all had credit cards on our rooms for incidentals. My other associate it took him 8 hrs to get his room we believe it was a discrimination matter. Do not stay there or patronize.
