In the 10 years or so that I've been doing this for Trip Adviser, this has to be one of the most disappointing. What else could you want in the middle of January, then a beautiful facility, great pool action, and a warm and friendly staff, 72 degrees and sunny every day. I did get all that, and unfortunately a lot more. For example, I had lunch one day at the outdoor restaurant by the pool and ordered grilled mahi mahi. The piece of fish that was delivered was so small, that I swear, it could have fit on a cracker, and it was also incredibly dry. When I complained to the kind waitress, she went and checked w/ her manger, and they actually made we another piece, that was the same size, but this one was actually fresh. In another instance, my buddy and I wanted to have dinner at the steak house, but were told that the kitchen was 1 1/2 behind on its orders. When we peered into the restaurant, it was 1/2 empty. I love to gamble, but I was limited by the time in the casino by every other gambler lighting up, and making the whole gaming experience incredibly unpleasant. By the way, my friend who was gambling w/ me, left after an hour. I like to hang out at the pool, but the constant smoking, and smoke coming out of every other person's mouth was nauseating. Don't get me wrong, I get Hard Rock's brand, and most of the time I like it. but they have honestly made their Hollywood location so friendly to smokers, that it inhibits every other persons ability to enjoy the place. Unfortunately, the scenarios that I have outlined aren't fixable overnight.

Very disappointed…I’ve been here before. But, this time, the customer service was terrible. I wanted to extend my stay for one more night (I get two free nights…that’s the offer they gave me), but the front desk could not help me, I was told that I needed to call the 800 # for reservations. Then, when I called they said they can’t give me the second night as a comp, I needed to book it at the same time. They wanted to charge a ridiculous price for the room, which was a Monday night. Then, they said go talk to the Player’s Club. So, I asked for a manager (Myrna) and she could not do anything…useless!!! So, I went to the Player’s Club, and they said we don’t take care of that, talk to customer service…I said, “they’re the ones who said to come to you “. Well needless to say, I wasted about an hour, first put in hold, then going to speak to the front desk and players club all for nothing. They just want money, and don’t care about their members. I told them, “ you cannot give offers that you cannot uphold, that’s false advertising”. It’s awfully run….Not impressed with their service!!!

The casino was very big and had lots of great machines. Very busy all the time. Lots of people there for the evening. Nice noon smoking area. But lots of smoke in the regular casino. Basic breakfast restaurant was really nice and delicious. Main reason for the rating is the room. Bathroom toilet was clogged when we got there and then the lights in bathroom went out. Maintenance came pretty fast though and fixed it the same day. But room was so noisy. There’s a huge gap under the doors that lay in every sound in the hall. And it was a non smoking floor but I could’ve gotten high from the pot smoke and smell coming under that gap. We mentioned it a few times but there was nothing they could do they said. Would probably go to the casino again but not stay unless we got a better room.

Lousy Management. Kristofer Thomas sends you an exclusive offer if you contact him within 2 months for comp stay and extras. Try to claim it and he tells you your play is not enough. Bait and switch which he knows well. He should be embarrassed to use a faulty offer and renigue. Not going back and asked for account to be canceled.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Our door to the room was broken. We had to call security every time we wanted to re-enter the room from dinner, lunch breakfast casino anything it took an extremely long time for them to come. When security did come they replaced the battery they replaced the lock and each time had to go in with a wire hanger to open the door. I asked them to change the room. But I get not an answer. I asked for the manager when after 12 am we had to wait 20 mins to get into the room. The manager Jordon told me to come find him and wouldn’t come to the desk to get the issue resolved. I felt highly disappointed in this response and for the amount of money we paid to stay there I expect to receive quality service.
