Zero chance they meet regulations for payouts. They don't even allow basic asks like additional shuffles on a deck. Not a place to visit if you want to have fun gambling. Buy lotto tickets instead, you have a better chance and the people will be friendlier.

Beautiful hotel and casino with very comfortable beds and pillows! Casino was massive and lively! My only complaint is the very poor comp program for playing blackjack! I go to Las Vegas and get free rooms for four nights and at Hard Rock I can't get one night comped! May have to go to Vegas!

I had called in the a.m. and they had said there was availability but I couldn’t book it so I got here or it would be nonrefundable. I was driving out of a hurricane from Tampa Bay on the way driving down alligator alley we hit two tornadoes and a lucky to have made it to the hotel. I have my service dog with me and when I arrived, they said they were no rooms available. We were so hungry and stressed we went to the Hard Rock Cafe had lunch and had a lovely waitress. I wish I knew her name because she was so lovely we ate we drank and we felt better. We went back to the front desk and they said the only rooms were for high roller club. Ther ere other hotels in the area an Mimi helping people who had to evacuate from the Tampa Bradenton area and we were booked at a hotel in Miami, but we were too afraid to drive any longer after the tornadoes the rain. We just wanted to be safe in our hotel and we thought we would get that at the Hard Rock. We had stayed here prior before cruising and always eat the fine restaurants played in the casino and stayed in the rooms. We feel like Hard Rock should’ve extended Help, knowing that we had evacuated and knowing we had no place to go, but yet we sit in the lobby unattended to, even though we are still spending money at the casino and the restaurants. I feel all they care about is the money at this hotel and I would only stay here if you don’t care about your money or the people of Florida Florida going through a catastrophic day Hard Rock you should be ashamed of yourself. How do you let people suffering from the loss of their homes their lives their jobs go unattended to that is a disgrace from a large organization. I will for sure think twice about telling people to go to this hotel or coming back myself money hungry is the best way to describe this hotel.

Avoid this place if you value your belongings and peace of mind—this establishment is dishonest, its staff untrustworthy, and management complicit. Was there for a business conference with a few vacation days added on, I had AirPods stolen from my room on the fourth day of my stay, tracked and plainly then currently showing on the property in staff-only areas of the hotel. What followed was a frustrating, dismissive experience lasting over FOUR hours, with hotel staff treating us extremely poorly and ending in a sham “investigation." The front desk wouldn’t answer calls, forcing us to shuttle in person between security and the desk from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., only to be met with indifference. Georgia, in particular, stood out for her lack of professionalism and unhelpful demeanor at the front desk. Finally, April, the manager on duty, plainly admitted the items had been taken and were located on property in employee-only areas on Apple Maps at that very time, yet offered no assistance or compensation. Unfortunately, we later realized that Thomas the security supervisor didn’t follow through on any accountability measures, likely because we chose not to file a police report at 2 a.m., with our departure scheduled for 5 a.m. on that last night of our stay. For a set of AirPods worth around $245, this hotel has not only lost a customer but gained an outspoken critic. Stay here if you're feeling lucky, but remember—the real gamble might be with your belongings, time, and any sense of satisfaction or peace of mind.

Worst customer service for hard rock brand name. I just asked one simple question to the women who was monitoring cash box change on the machine I was playing around 2:58 am on October 1st and she told me in simple words she hates her job and just don't bother her asking any question in very nasty way.I was shocked.
