Harbour Grand Hong Kong

Great stay for new years. Staff gave us an early check in . The hotel staff was wonderful especially Maria and the person who checked us in . Quite close to the fortress hill metro station too. Would definitely recommend staying here . The roof top has wonderful views of the Victoria bay.

We stayed for 3 nights during Twixmas. Great location on HK island, close to MTR and super easy to navigate Hong Kong. We were told our room had been upgraded to 30th floor with a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was small, bathroom dated but perfectly clean and comfortable with a harbour view. The bottle of wine didn’t materialise during our stay. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, canteen like set up with pre-made tea (awful) nothing made or cooked fresh to order. We only had breakfast the once and then ate elsewhere. View from the restaurant is tremendous. Staff extremely courteous, special mention to Maria who provided information to ease navigating the MTR and to maximise seeing the best of HK.

We had a great 2 nights at Hong Kong Harbour Hotel. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The hotel is located just by underground which enabled us to get to places we wanted to visit quickly. I would like to thank Maria especially for taking care of us when we first arrived as the taxi took us to Harbour Grand at Kowloon (not his fault) here was a mix up about our booking. I was concerned that when collected to go home the same thing would happen. Maria kindly spoke to the taxi company and I was advised to speak to my travel agent which was then resolved. Maria checked that the obstruction had been passed onto taxi company for collection. Maria also gave us directions and travel times on any places we wanted to visit, she was very helpful.

Myself and family stayed in Harbour Grand Hotel at Hong Kong for the past four days and we are checking out tomorrow (December 26th ). This is the best hotel in HK with the best view of HK harbour, the Bay and all the beautiful high-rise buildings around. The Club facility is outstanding. The CLUB lounge and the terrace floor view are way too good. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, helpful, accommodative and highly service oriented. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. I want to call out a few names here, The girl who was at the club lounge, Elma, who provided us outstanding service. She is very humble, polite, sweet and helpful person. I am sure she is well trained and her attitude is the best. The second person I want to call out is, Queenie. She is also very helpful and highly service oriented. Felt very comfortable during check-in and sub sequent days. I hope the owner/GM of this hotel will identify them and would reward them for their excellent service and attitude. Just because of these people, many customers will be coming back to this hotel. In my next visit, I will be booking only at Harbour Grand. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and relatives who are visiting HK.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the subway station Fortress Hill. The room is spacious and the sea view outside the window is also beautiful. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Overall, the hotel room is very comfortable. This is a hotel we will stay in every time we visit to Hong Kong.
