Amazing bar
Maikel and the Monarch lounge was fabulous. We stopped in after a long drive in and he helped to welcome us to a lovely stay. He made a fabulous margarita and lemon drop martini. We sat at the bar and watched him make other amazing drinks. We will definitely be stopping back by later!!

Great people that love what they do!
After a long week, I was greeted by Cassie at the Monarch restaurant at Hotel Zaza in the museum district! Her smile and kindness made me feel right at home. Wonderful service! She made great drinks and the entire staff is very kind. I highly recommend it highly!!! Please stop and tell Cassie hello at the bar! You will be happy you did! Food is great as well!

LOVED IT!
We enjoyed the service and quality food (Lamb Lollipops and Prime Beef Sliders with a yummy Ceasar Salad) at the Monarch restaurant! We sat outside... the view and ambiance was rememberable! Desirae was a caring, kind, and professional waitress! Thanks for this experience!

One of my favorites!
Having traveled extensively and stayed in many very nice locations, my first visit to Hotel ZaZa in Houston's Museum District was a very pleasant surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and very well-appointed with extraordinary and unique furnishings. The artwork--both in the room and throughout the hotel--contributed to the overall top-notch ambience, perfect to return to after a long day of meetings. Finally, the staff was exceptional. Courteous, authentic, helpful, and friendly. All of them! This is where I will stay on my next trip to Houston.

The Bag Man!
Ben was great helping me grabbing and storing my bags for me. He came directly to my room and loaded up the cart and then delivered the bags to the bell desk. From there the bags were stored until it was time to leave. Great service and a great attitude!
