Villa Montana Beach Resort

Needed some time out to chill in peace and nature and we got it here. Nice resort feel accommodation with good rooms and great facilities. Our room had a nice veranda with garden view so we could sit and bird watch or just admire the lush looking gardens. Very clean and well maintained inside with everything we needed. There are 2 swimming pools and the beach from our room was just a couple of minutes on foot. You can book various water sports or activities should you wish to and they have bicycles to use and also tennis courts on site, so there a few thing to do as well as relaxing. The restaurant is the highlight of the resort but the only one. Parking was easy and the staff all very nice.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Montana! The beach was gorgeous and restaurant had amazing food and really great drinks. We only saw the main pool which was very nice and right off the bar at the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was super kind and helpful, so props to the amazing staff. We ended up staying in one of the villas which was really nice, very clean and larger than we expected. We rented a car to drive to the resort from the airport in San Juan and it was an easy drive (depending on time of day / week might be some traffic but it was a beautiful drive and took about two hours). Plenty of parking throughout the resort.

A week in paradise at Villa Montana! Nice warm welcome on check-in and the accommodation was clean on arrival and spacious and had everything we needed to make simple meals and snacks when we didn't feel like going to their onsite restaurant "Eclipse", which also meant we saved a little with our spending money. The staff were always very polite and friendly. The beach is beautiful and perfect for walks, relaxing or watching the sunset. Snorkelling gear is available at the resort and they also have bikes to use. We had noisy neighbours next to us the first 2 nights and noticed the soundproofing wasn't that great but once they left peace was restored! Overall we loved the ambiance and the nature (spotted many iguanas) of this place. Very comfortable stay and a terrific experience all round.

We were guests at my cousins wedding here and stayed 4 nights but would have happily stayed a week. Everyone and everything is super nice! The views and location is spectacular and the beach is perfect for chilling out, reading, walking or doing a bit of snorkelling. The rooms are beautiful too and I believe there are various sizes and styles. We just had a regular room which was already nicer than we expected. The food served at the wedding meal was amazing! the staff and service and decoration was spot on and my cousin was so happy with her special day. We were all treated like kings and queens by the fantastic staff and we will remember the experience for ever! Would like to go back for a romantic week sometime if possible!

We were looking for somewhere nice and quiet place for a few nights and booked Villa Montana not knowing much about the resort, and we were not disappointed with any part of our stay. Room was very large, and bed was comfortable. The place is quiet and very laid back. The beach was outstanding and the location of the hotel a winner. We liked the experience and the calmness there. Recommended perfectly for honeymooners and beach goers. BTW, food was delicious at their restaurant.
