Worst Place
Resort rooms are extremely old and wornout! Long lines to checkin and out. Kitchen dishware and appliances dirty. No kitchen towel or sponge. Water faucet sink worn out. Bathrooms faucets and showerhead disgusting. Toilet leaking. Hole in sliding glass door handle from rust. Must pay for Wi-Fi and stream still doesn’t work.Required to clean kitchen before checkout. Bedroom lamp shades badly stained. Safe key pad filthy. Room 2142. Major walk to restaurants. Staff is wonderful. All-inclusive is good value. Definitely doesn’t deserve RCI Gold Crown. Exchange fee should be refunded.

Enjoyed Pacifica Ixtapa
My wife’s son and I checked in for a four day. Stay hoping that the resort would meet our expectations. I can tell you after checking out yesterday, the staff the food were all were all excellent. We especially enjoyed the spa pool, quite beautiful we would recommend this resort in a heartbeat.

Our favorite two weeks before spring.
Pacifica Resort is a special place, and we look forward to going every year. The employees are very friendly and eager to help with whatever comes up. We tried the all-inclusive for the first time. With El Faro only available for one night and so many good restaurants in the area we won't choose that option again. Bravo for having a great resort with beautiful views and great employees.

Resort Construction. Could have been done during the rainy season?!
Construction began the second week of our stay. The main dining room and bars on the beach were closed. All inclusive food and beverages was less than satisfactory. The construction noise was loud and annoying. I am not sure how often the pools are cleaned. I got an ear infection during my stay and well into when I returned home.

Place we go back to almost every year
Our kids’ (grown adults), favourite place. Food is always great, staff is wonderful, only drawback this year was that the main restaurant was being renovated. Thought maybe this should be down in slow season maybe? This year we had 2 units for extended family and friends.
