Gran Melia Jakarta

I stay at this hotel regularly and always choose it mainly because of the excellent service and the incredibly friendly staff. Alfon, Annastasia, Resta, Doni, Rommy, Belva, and Kayla always give me a warm welcome and make sure I feel at home from the moment I arrive. Their hospitality is truly outstanding! The service is attentive, professional, and at the same time pleasantly personal. This is exactly what true hospitality should be! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Michael

The hotel is staying in a good location. The hotel staff is very friendly. I had an excellent experience in the red lounge with staff Dony and Romy. Some say that Japan's restaurants in hotels are also very good so that will be my next plan in the hotel.

Room is great. Love the chill bar. I’m welcomed by staff Eko.A at pool. Listen to my request and get ready for the towel and food order very soon. To add on value mr Eko also introduce me about facility in hotel and Jakarta. High quality and well trained staff. Definitely will visit Grand Melia again.

Very welcoming hotel , amazing and super polite staff , from check in to red lounge staff everybody is super kind and makes you feel very welcomed in this hotel . Rooms are very comfortable and clean , location is perfect , closed to the major shopping centres in Jakarta . I highly recommend this hotel for business trips or vacation in Jakarta

The staff at the Gran Melia was extremely welcoming and the atmosphere of the hotel relaxing with a range of services that are perfect for the business traveller inc. the expansive gym and excellent restaurants.
