Reunion Resort & Golf Club

The size of the units is immense, three bedrooms, three bathrooms. I was impressed with the pools, splash pad and water park all available and included in your stay. The location is great, near theme parks and shopping. Everything you want or need is close by.

Unfortunately- a very POOR managed hotel; service is definitely not reflective of a 4+ star rated hotel. I just came back from a weekend at this resort; we are 1st time visitors. and likely... last. While the resort itself is quite nice and well kept, the staff and service at the hotel are below standard: we didn't have our room cleaned for the 2 nights we were there; I requested towels, which didn't arrive at my door until 11:50PM (waited for an hour). We were offered a bottle of wine, which delivered 24hrs after we had checked in. The staff is not very knowledgeable. We asked to speak to a manager and they have yet to return our message: I was told her name is "TOOCHE"? I'm definitely not spelling this right and do apologize, but nevertheless, we have yet to hear from back from her since Saturday Mar 1st. Dinner at Eleven was great, but breakfast at the clubhouse was fine: they had a buffet with minimal food or a la carte option: for the price we paid, we certainly could've eaten much more and with better quality and service. Overall, quite disappointing stay at this resort. Likely NOT to visit again- mainly due to the poor customer service experience. The friends we stayed with also tried 4 times to reach management to inquire rental of homes on the property for future vacations, but no one responded to any of the 4 email requests they sent out. Needless to say, they too will be vacationing elsewhere.

Currently staying at the Reunion for the week with our daughter, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The hotel was advertised as a 5-star resort, but I would rate it 1-2 stars at best. Upon check-in, our room was extremely dirty (see pictures)—stains on everything, including what appears to be blood or wine on the carpet. We found garbage in the couch, under the beds, and in the closets, along with hair in the shower and mold on the floors. The entire room has a horrible smell, making it unbearable to spend time there. We’ve had to stay out as much as possible just to avoid it—not exactly the vacation experience we hoped for. Additionally, the room is extremely dusty, and the decor is outdated. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the food options are decent, and the hotel is conveniently located near the parks. However, given the overall condition of the accommodations, we wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at Club Wyndham Reunion the week of February 24, 2025. Getting to the check-in site was a little long because of having to drive through the neighborhood to get there. However, check-out was a breeze.... just had to leave the keys on the table in the unit. The location was great! It was close to all the attractions... the longest drive we had was 27 minutes. Our unit was by one of the gates, so getting to and from our condo was easy. The unit was spacious and beautiful. It had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everyone had their own space! The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. We slept well during our stay. Our patio overlooked a green area with a gazebo-type shelter and beyond that was a golf course... very pleasant view. The kitchen was well equipped and they even had some special spice packets that my husband loved using! We would definitely stay here again.

We have never stayed at a better family vacation spot. Unit was large and very nice. Close to Disney and the water park (which is free to guests) is very nice and located on the properly. We look forward to staying here again.
