Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort

Currently staying here for 2 weeks after 3 days in Singapore. What a welcome from booking the airport pick up, to arrival with welcome cold towel and drink. Rooms are beautiful and spacious and the breakfast is amazing, so much choice, great coffee and egg station. Beach is lovely, sunbeds and pool beautiful. The staff really cannot do enough for you. Specially mention to Johnny who always greets us with a smile and Tam who did a Thai boxing session with my husband. Will be returning for sure

We booked two rooms for our vacation and stayed with our friends in anantara bhoput kohsamui and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. Our rooms were spacious and the same day we arrived we had a special cocktail party with the entire management of the hotel who were really friendly and interested to know about our stay. That was a very thoughtful gesture and we really had a wonderful time. There we met Kaushi who was a sweet young lady very attentive to make sure that everything about our stay was up to the hotel standard and so was the ray of the management and staff. What delighted us more was that she can speak Hindi which was a nice touch. All in all we had a lovely time and the staff was very attentive and always ready to help. We would definitely recommend the hotel for our family and friends.

My boyfriend and I visited this hotel for a 4 night stay and we were blown away. For starters, when you enter the hotel grounds in the taxi, you are greeted with beautiful lush gardens/trees. When we arrived, we were greeted at reception with cold refreshing drinks and towels. The staff here are all absolutely wonderful- as we have found in every place we’ve been to in Thailand- they are friendly, polite and welcoming. Our room was amazing, with a huge comfortable bed and plenty of space. Every evening we had a new ‘local sweet’ left in our room to try. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. There is a Lilly pond running through the centre of the hotel which is beautiful. The style of the hotel feels very Thai and like a tropical paradise. We also attended the complimentary welcome drinks/canapés with the hotel staff/manager and really enjoyed this. Location- This hotel is in a lovely location right next to Fisherman’s village, within walking distance to lovely restaurants/cafes. It is also right on the beach so when relaxing by the pool you can hear the sound of the waves. The beach is quite shingly but nonetheless, still pretty. Food and drink- Breakfast every morning was delicious with array of fresh fruit, fresh juices and healthy options to choose from. We also ate at the Thai Thin restaurant which was delicious. Gym- We were impressed with the gym and the range of equipment it had. Muay Thai- We had a 1 hour Muay Thai session with the hotel instructor Tum and we both really enjoyed this as an introduction to Muay Thai. Tum was very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this as an experience! Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a beautiful, relaxing place which feels sophisticated. The amazing staff are also a credit to the hotel and Koh Samui.

We stayed 8 nights in the two bedroom pool villa with 3 children and two adults. The resort was lovely, service was exceptional and they really made our stay with children memorable and easy. Looking at the other resorts in Bohput I think we selected the best. A wide variety of food options, small touches like a birthday cake and gifts for my daughters who celebrated their birthday and the wonderful treasure hunt were highlights.

If you are looking for an excellent beach hotel in Koh Samui, look no further! The rooms are great and well equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are extremely attentive, very friendly and seem genuinely eager to make your stay the best possible experience. We were a family of 4 with 2 adjacent rooms (232 and 233) staying from 2/1/25 to 11/1/25. Our stay included breakfast at which there was a great selection of hot and cold offerings. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed floating on the giant pillows. No problem getting a sunbed and we approved of the policy of removing items if the sunbed had not been used for a while. Food and drink service around the pool was good. The gardens are beautifully kept and there are a couple of special gazebos where you can chill out too. The hotel’s restaurants are very good as is the pool bar. As you would expect prices are higher for food and drinks in the hotel but the difference wasn’t always as much as you would pay if you ate on the beach outside the hotel. All of our requests were met by the hotel staff and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great stay and would really recommend this hotel to anyone.
