Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort

The staff were wonderfull, friendly and very well trained. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The staff had suggestions for outings to meet all our needs, even the days we lacked much energy. The rooms were comfortable, the pools great and there was a lot to do within walking distance. It was also great being able to relax in our own spa and watch the world outside. I highly recomend this place.

We had great expectations, but none of them were met. We booked a 2 bedroom residence, but the whole villa was very run down, with damaged furniture, ripped sofa cushions, and mouldy showers that did not drain properly. The staff were friendly, but seemed impersonal and stressed. We were very disappointed, especially as the price and online pictures gave a different impression of the Resort. We cannot recommend staying here.

We have been traveling for 9 weeks throughout Southeast Asia. We were exhausted but still on an adrenaline high of all the adventures but ready to rest. Booked 9 days at the Pavilion and have NO regrets! Weve walked the long stretch of white sand beaches daily- stopped for drinks & snacks at other hotels that were ALL worn down. The Pavilion greeted us and treated us like royalty- every staff member kind and a smile onbtheir faces 100% of the time. Food - breakfast inc was a feast! Ate dinners at the open market 3 min away with so many choices hard to pick from. Our rooms cleaned with detail even down to the lit candle with ocean scent oils that smelled like a spa. We did a small upgrade tonthe room with a plunge pool and large patio, not the private pool just a small jet pool. Nice touch! Paid $155 USA per nite for Christmas week . I wish this place were closer to the USA, Id come every year!

If you’re a first-timer to Koh Samui and want to be close to the beach, markets and hot spots, plus have an excellent place to stay, this is the PERFECT spot. Spent 2 weeks in the villa with hydro pool and can’t wait to return and do it all over again, although will try another time to avoid the November rainy season! The staff here are the best!

Being in the resort for 14 days, we really enjoyed the place! The resort and the rooms are very clean and always looks tidied up. In both pools its nice to swim in as well as staying at the wonderful beach. The breakfast buffet provides a wide range of different things including fresh prepared scrambled-/fried eggs or omelettes. Overall the whole hotel staff from check-in via housekeeping to the restaurant personnel is absolute friendly, very attentive and always helpful! We strongly take into consideration to returning to this relaxing place!
