Mauna Lani Point is the perfect home base on the Kohala coast. Beautiful, big units facing the ocean. Well maintained grounds. A great pool and common BBQ area. Our family enjoyed our 13 days here, and will definitely be back! We loved listening and watching the ocean from our lanai--waves crashing, whales going by, sail boats, beautiful sunsets, incredible golf course views.

Meh. This place is overpriced for its amenities, which are pretty few. The pool is pretty awful; shaded and small, with an adjacent BBQ area. Great place for kids, probably, which we don't have but not if you want to enjoy a drink and read a book. The patio and view from our space (A107) was excellent, but that's about the nicest thing I can say. The furniture inside is uncomfortable and awkwardly laid out. No welcome basket. The staff is responsive via text but not really with any good answers. For instance I asked if we could borrow 2 chairs to take to the Beach Club since there aren't very many lounge chairs/cabanas down there and they get claimed early and taken over day. I was told sadly, no, they do not have those. Which seems bizarre when you are spending over $1,000 a night. Was I supposed to bring my own chairs on the plane? Buy some myself and then throw them away or leave them behind? I wish we had spent a little more and stayed at the Auberge, where the customer service is much better. Bummer.

The pillows need replacing! View was amazing but the condo D206 is very worn. Needs updating. No chaises on the porch-hard to nap. Shades broken. Baby furniture filled master bedroom closet including potty seat. Large master bath and good washer and dryer. Would not rent again.

Fantastic experience! the amenities at the unit are great! The staff are very friendly. They went well beyond their duty and duties to help us checking-in into the unit at very late night due to flight complication! We really enjoyed our short but very pleasant stay!

Our unit was recently refurbished so it was exceptional. Coral Tree did an amazing job of being there for us. The weather was perfect for tennis and we took advantage. It was a pleasure to return to the unit to shower before going to beach. Then in the evening it was a perfect place to meet with friends before going out for dinner. This was a staycation for us and the Islands felt like home.
